Dodge Defiance Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) U.S. States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Begins on May 9, 2013, at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on June 25, 2013, at 9:59:59 A.M. ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit : In no event may an Entrant receive more than one (1) entry by registering for the Sweepstakes during Entry Period 1 or registering for the Sweepstakes and playing the Arkfall mini-game during Entry Periods 2 through 6. Entries received during one Entry Period will not carry over into subsequent Entry Periods.

Prize (s) :

Pre-Arkfall Sweepstakes Prize (14): The Pre-Arkfall Sweepstakes prize (individually “Pre-Arkfall Prize” and collectively “Pre-Arkfall Prizes”) is one (1) gaming console (a Sony Playstation or Xbox, selected by Sponsor’s designee at its sole discretion), one (1) Defiance™ video game and a Dodge merchandise prize pack. The Dodge merchandise prize pack will include Dodge branded products selected by Sponsor’s designee at its sole discretion. The ARV of each Pre-Arkfall Prize is $460. The total ARV of all Pre-Arkfall Prizes is $6,440.

First Prize (10): The first prize (individually, “First Prize” and collectively, “First Prize”) is one (1) gaming console (a Sony Playstation or Xbox, selected by Sponsor’s designee at its sole discretion), one (1) Defiance video game and a Dodge merchandise prize pack. The Dodge merchandise prize pack will include Dodge branded products selected by Sponsor’s designee at its sole discretion. The ARV of each First Prize is $460. The total ARV of all First Prizes is $4,600.

Second Prize (100): The second prize (individually, “Second Prize” and collectively, “Second Prize”) is a Dodge merchandise prize pack. The Dodge merchandise prize pack will include Dodge branded products selected by Sponsor’s designee at its sole discretion. The ARV of each Second Prize is $100.

Grand Prize (1): The grand prize is a four (4) day/three (3) night trip for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest to San Diego, California, to attend the 2013 Comic-Con ® International: San Diego event (“Grand Prize”). The Grand Prize includes roundtrip coach-class airfare from a major gateway airport near the Grand Prize Winner’s residence to San Diego, CA; four-star hotel accommodations for three (3) nights (one [1] room, double occupancy); two (2) passes to Comic-Con® International: San Diego; $300 in Visa® Gift Cards; one (1) gaming console (either a Sony Playstation or Xbox, selected by Sponsor’s designee at its sole discretion), one (1) Defiance video game and a Dodge merchandise prize pack. The Dodge merchandise prize pack will include Dodge branded products selected by Sponsor’s designee at its sole discretion. The ARV of the Grand Prize is $3,960.
