E3 Editor For a Day Sweepstakes

Eligibility : E3 Editor For a Day Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. who are at least 18 years of age and have reached the legal age of majority in their state of primary residence at time of entry.

Promotion Period : The E3 Editor For a Day Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins on or about Monday, May 5, 2009 at 12:01 PM PST (“Start Date”) and ends on Tuesday, May 19, 2009 at 11:59 PM PST (“Sweepstakes Period”)

How To Enter : Visit the website during the Sweepstakes Period by logging on to microsites.ign.com/2009e3sweeps. Follow the on-screen instructions and complete the entry form by providing all of the information requested. Once the form is completed, Entrant must click the “Submit” button to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person and/or email address for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize is available. The Grand Prize consists of a 3-day /2-night trip for the winner and one (1) guest to Los Angeles, CA (the “Trip”) from June 2- 4, 2009 to attend E3 as a Special Correspondent for the Sponsor. The Trip will consist of the following: (a.) round-trip coach class air transportation for two (2) from the major airport nearest winner’s residence; (b.) two (2) nights hotel accommodations for winner and guest (one standard room, room & tax only); (c.) one (1) day admission for two(2) people to attend the E3 Expo on June 3, 2009; (d.) two (2) VIP passes to attend IGN’s E3 party*. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $2,400. Total Contest ARV: $2,400.

Winners :  For the list of prize winners or a copy of the official rules, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: “E3 Editor For A Day Sweepstakes” Winner’s List or Rules, 100 E. Pine Street, Suite 201, Orlando, FL 32801 (VT residents may omit return postage) by August 31, 2009.
