Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the United States between the ages of 13 and 25 at the time of entry.

Promotion Period :  Between 12:01am ET on December 30, 2008 and 11:59pm ET on February 10, 2009

How To Enter :
Complete the official registration page located at www.eyeslipsface.com/privilege (the “Sweepstakes Site”). Through on-screen instructions, you will be asked to provide your first and last name, mailing address, date of birth, telephone number and email address. All entrants must have a valid email address.

Limit : You can enter only once.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive – a trip for two (2) to New York City for a makeover from e.l.f. Cosmetics. The trip consists of round trip coach air transportation for two (2) from major gateway airport nearest prize winner’s place of residence, hotel accommodations (double occupancy) for two (2) nights, selected by Sponsor. If the prize winner’s primary residence is within 100 miles of the location the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute air transportation with a car service or other ground transportation to the location. Prize winner and companion must travel under the same itinerary. If the prize winner is under the age of majority in their state of residence, a parent or legal guardian of the prize winner must accompany prize winner on the entire trip as a travel companion. All additional expenses associated with the Grand Prize including but not limited to incidentals, meals, mini-bar, federal, state and local sales or other taxes, surcharges, gratuities and unspecified expenses are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner, unless otherwise set forth in the Official Rules. Reservations and airline tickets are non-refundable for cash or credit, non-transferable and non-changeable once issued. If lost, tickets will not be replaced. Approximate Retail Value of prize: $3,000.00.

Winners :

To obtain a mailed copy of the names of the winner or a copy of the Official Rules by mail, send the applicable request and self-address, stamped envelope to e.l.f Cosmetics at e.l.f. Cosmetics, 1350 Broadway, Suite 1715, New York, NY 10018. . Request must be received no later than August 30, 2009 for the name of the winner and by the end of the promotion for a copy of the rules.
