Ellen/Carnival Cruise Contest
Eligibility : The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States (50 states and District of Columbia, but specifically excluding the territory of Puerto Rico) and to legal residents of Canada who are residing in Canada (but excluding residents of Quebec) who are eighteen (18) year old and over as of the date of entry.
Promotion Period : Begins at 8 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) on February 21, 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on March 25, 2011

Prize (s) :
The Prize consists of the following:
(1) Roundtrip coach airfare for Prize winner and Prize winner’s guest on an airline selected by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Departure for both Prize winner and Prize winner’s guest will be from a major airport nearest the Prize winner’s city of residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole judgment) to Los Angeles, California for two nights on dates determined by Sponsor in consultation with Prize winner. Approximately retail value (“ARV”): $1,600.00.
(2) Hotel accommodations (double occupancy) in Los Angeles as selected by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion. ARV: $600.00.
(3) A per diem of $300 for two days paid only to Prize winner. ARV: $300.00
(4) Two (2) VIP tickets to attend a videotaping of The Ellen DeGeneres Show on a date determined by Sponsor in consultation with Prize winner. ARV: Priceless.
(5) A 3-day roundtrip cruise (one room; double occupancy) on Carnival Cruise Lines to Baja Mexico cruise departing Los Angeles on dates determin4ed by Sponsor in consultation with Prize winner. ARV: $1,600.00
(6) A cash award in the form of a check made payable to the Prize winner to cover the estimated costs of taxes for which the Contest winner may be responsible as as result of accepting the Prize; approximate value of the cash award: $1,200.00.
