Eligibility : Offered and open to persons who are: (a) “Registered Users”; (b) legal residents of one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or District of Columbia; and (c) at least 18 years old or age of majority, whichever is older in their state of residence, or older at the date of entry in this Sweepstakes.

Prize (s) :

Grand Prize (the “Grand Prize”). Grand Prize consists of round-trip coach air transportation for winner and guest to Los Angeles, California, from a single major U.S. airport nearest winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor), ground transportation in Los Angeles from Airport to and from hotel and hotel to and from the set visit, three (3) nights regular double occupancy hotel accommodations, a set visit to The Talk TV show; and Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) of spending money. Cash portion of the Prize will be issued in the form of a check. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is Four Thousand Dollars ($4000.00).

One 1st Prize: One 1st Prize that consists of one (1) Energy Star compliant LED TV, with an ARV of Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00).
