Escape to Fiji Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Promotion is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older.

Promotion Period : The Escape to Fiji Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Promotion”) commences at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 23, 2010 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on August 31, 2010 (the “Promotion Period”).

Prize (s):

Exactly one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be randomly drawn from among all eligible entries received and awarded a Grand Prize consisting of:  two (2) round-trip business class tickets on Air Pacific airlines from Los Angeles, CA to Nadi, Fiji Islands; six (6) days, five (5) nights accommodations for two (single room; double occupancy) at the InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort & Spa; Daily buffet breakfast for two (2) persons; one (1) round of golf per person; one (1) hour Couples Spa Treatment; one (1) Romantic Cabana Dinner for two (2); and Airport transfers for two (2).  The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $9,000.00 USD.

Exactly three (3) First Prizes will be awarded. Three (3) First Prize Winners will be randomly drawn from among all eligible entries received and awarded a First Prize (each, a “First Prize”) consisting of: two (2) economy-class airline tickets on Air Pacific airlines from Los Angeles, CA to Nadi, Fiji Islands. The approximate retail value of each First Prize is $2,000.00 USD.

Exactly twenty (20) Second Prizes will be awarded. Twenty (20) Second Prize Winners will be randomly drawn from among all eligible entries received and awarded a Second Prize (each, a “Second Prize”) consisting of a FIJI Water beach kit that includes: one (1) beach towel, one (1) beach ball, one (1) canvas cap, one (1) t-shirt and one (1) cooler bag. The approximate retail value of each Second Prize is $95USD.
