BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. WITHOUT LIMITATION, THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES INDEMNITIES TO THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES (DEFINED BELOW) FROM YOU AND A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.

WINNER MAY BE REQUIRED TO EXECUTE PRIZE ACCEPTANCE DOCUMENTS, AS MORE FULLY DETAILED BELOW.

Overview. This sweepstakes invites people to watch the television show “Entertainment Tonight” during the sweepstakes and then visit the show’s web site to correctly answer questions to earn entries for a chance to win prizes. There are other ways to earn entries in this sweepstakes and certain activities will even get you entries into drawings for bonus prizes. Please review these rules carefully so you understand how to participate for the grand and runner-up prizes, the daily prizes, and the bonus prizes – each require different action by you. Also, please check out how to obtain entries for the grand and runner-up prizes via regular mail.

1. Eligibility. The ET Stars of Summer Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of, who are physically located in, one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) and the age of majority in their state of primary residence at the time of entry. Employees of CBS Studios Inc. (“Sponsor”), Hilton Worldwide Inc., and each of their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, broadcast licensees, advertising and promotion agencies, distributors and other prize suppliers (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), directors, officers, members, managers, and each of their immediate family members and those living in the same household (whether legally related or not) of each are not eligible to enter or win. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, immediate family members are defined as spouse, domestic partner, parents, legal guardians, in-laws, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren. This Sweepstakes is void in all U.S. territories, possessions, overseas military installations and where prohibited by law.

2. How to Enter. The Sweepstakes begins on or about 5:00:00 p.m. Eastern Time on May 10, 2010, and ends at 4:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on May 22, 2010 (the “Entry Period”). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules (“Official Rules”) and the decisions of Sponsor, including the interpretation of these Official Rules, which will be final and binding in all respects.

There are two (2) methods of entry for the Main Drawing (defined in Section 4 below):

­ To enter after watching Entertainment Tonight: Watch the television show “Entertainment Tonight” (the “Show”), scheduled to air each night from Monday through Friday during the Entry Period at your local air time (the “Start Time”) on your local station (“Airing”). Click here­ or visit ETonline.com to find your local air time and listing information for the Show. Show schedules in your local viewing area may be changed or pre-empted without notice. Pay attention to the content of the Show because you must answer a related multiple choice question correctly to enter online at ETonline.com (“Web Site”). Then, during the Entry Period, visit the Web Site, click the links for the Sweepstakes, and follow the on-screen instructions to register for an account, including, without limitation, providing your full name, city and state of primary residence, e-mail address, and password (“Account”). Once you have registered during the Entry Period, you can log in to the Web Site using your e-mail address and password to participate in this Sweepstakes and you should not register for another Account during the Entry Period. Limit of one (1) Account per person and per e-mail address. To enter, log in to your Account and follow the on-screen instructions to submit an answer to a multiple-choice question about the latest Airing of the Show. Correct answers will earn entries into the Main Drawing (defined in Section 4 below) according to the chart below. You will only have one (1) chance to answer each Show question correctly. Incorrect answers will not earn any entry into the Sweepstakes and will not act as qualifier entries for Bonus Entries (defined below). Only one (1) answer per Airing of the Show per person and per Account may be submitted for entry for a limit of ten (10) different questions that may be answered in this Sweepstakes. The question for each day’s Show during the Entry Period will only be displayed from 5:00:00 p.m. ET on the day of each Airing of the Show until 4:59:59 p.m. ET on the following day and correct answers must be received by Sponsor through the Web Site during that time to earn entries for that Show’s question. No Show question will be displayed for answering or participation in the Sweepstakes from 5:00:00 p.m. ET on Saturday, May 15, 2010, through 4:59:59 p.m. ET on Monday, May 17, 2010. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, “receipt” of an entry through a Show question occurs when the Web Site’s servers record the correct answer after entrant clicks the “Submit” or similar button. Proof of sending (such as an automated computer receipt confirming entry or a “thank you” screen or message) does not constitute proof of actual receipt by Sponsor of an answer for purposes of this Sweepstakes.

Each correct answer by the same individual during the Entry Period will earn entries into the Sweepstakes Main Drawing according to the chart below:

­Bonus Entries. Once you have registered for a Web Site Account, you may earn bonus entries by taking one (1) or more of the following actions during the Entry Period (bonus entries will only be awarded after you submit at least one (1) correct answer to ea­rn Sweepstakes entries as set forth above):

• Use the E-mail button on the Web Site to launch your e-mail client to send a unique URL to a friend or relative by e-mail;
• Use the Facebook button on the Web Site to post referral information about the Sweepstakes on your Facebook profile;
• Use the Twitter button on the Web Site to post referral information on your Twitter page; or

For each friend or relative that uses your unique URL to register for a Web Site Account and submits a correct answer to earn entries as set forth above during the Entry Period, you will receive five (5) bonus entries into the Main Drawing. Limit of five (5) bonus entries may be earned per friend or relative, up to eighty (80) friends or relatives, for a maximum of four hundred (400) bonus entries possible. Referral actions may be taken anytime during the Entry Period, but bonus entries for those actions taken will only be awarded to you after you and your referred friend or relative submit at least one (1) correct answer to earn Sweepstakes entries as set forth above. You may refer friends and relatives after you have obtained the maximum number of bonus entries, but you will not earn any additional entries into the drawing. Limit of four hundred (400) bonus entries in the Main Drawing per person regardless of bonus entry method. There is a limit of eight hundred (800) total entries (400 regular; 400 bonus) in the Main Drawing per person by answering Show questions and referring friends or relatives.

To enter without watching the Show: In black or blue ink, on a three by five (3×5) inch card, hand print your full name, complete mailing address including zip code (no P.O. Boxes), daytime telephone number with area code, and e-mail address (if available) and mail this information in a standard envelope, postage paid, to: ET Stars of Summer Sweepstakes, c/o Deluxe Media, 29125 Avenue Paine, Valencia, CA 91355. Limit of ten (10) mail-in submissions per person during the Entry Period. Each complete and proper mail-in submission received in accordance with these Official Rules will earn eighty (80) entries into the Main Drawing, for a maximum of eight hundred (800) possible entries by mail. Incomplete mail-in submissions will be disqualified in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Mail-in submissions must be postmarked no later than May 22, 2010, and received by Sponsor’s representative at the address above no later than May 27, 2010. Limit of one (1) mail-in submission per outer envelope. A maximum of ten (10) mail-in submissions may be submitted per person.

The following applies to all participants, regardless of entry method:

Limit of eight hundred (800) entries in the Main Drawing per person regardless of whether entry was obtained by correctly answering Show questions and referring friends or relatives or by mail. An individual may enter either by submitting correct Show answers or mail-in submissions, but not both. A maximum of either ten (10) correct answers or ten (10) mail-in submissions per person may be submitted to earn entries into the Sweepstakes.

3. Entry through the Quickie Quiz. Eligible individuals may also participate in the Sw­eepstakes by answering trivia questions unrelated to the Show on the Web Site (“Quickie Quiz”). For purposes of the Quickie Quiz, the Entry Period will be divided into ten (10) daily periods, starting from 5:00:00 p.m. ET each week day during the Entry Period and ending at 4:59:59 p.m. ET the following day (each a “Daily Period”). No Quickie Quiz questions will be displayed for answering or participation in the Sweepstakes from 5:00:00 p.m. ET on Saturday, May 15, 2010, through 4:59:59 p.m. ET on Monday, May 17, 2010. You may participate in the Quickie Quiz by visiting the Web Site, registering for an Account as set forth in Section 2 above, and then following the Quickie Quiz links and on-screen instructions to submit one (1) or more answers to trivia questions, which will be unrelated to the Show. Four (4) different Quickie Quiz questions will be made available per Daily Period, and the questions will be changed from Daily Period to Daily Period. Answering Quickie Quiz questions will earn you entries into different drawings as follows:

• Submitting a correct answer to any one (1) or more Quickie Quiz question during a Daily Period will earn you one (1) entry into that Daily Period’s Daily Drawing (defined in Section 4 below). At least one (1) question must be answered correctly for an entry to be earned, but answering additional questions will not earn you additional entries in the Daily Drawing during a single Daily Period. Limit one (1) entry into a Daily Drawing per Daily Period per person and per Account. Entries will not roll over from one (1) Daily Drawing to the next.
• Submitting a correct answer to any one (1) Quickie Quiz question will earn you one (1) entry into the Main Drawing. Incorrect answers will not earn any entry into the Main Drawing. Limit of four (4) entries in the Main Drawing per person and per Account per Daily Period, for a maximum of forty (40) total entries in the Main Drawing through the Quickie Quiz per person and per Account for the entire Sweepstakes, in addition to other entry limits set forth in Section 2.
• Submitting a correct answer to any one (1) Quickie Quiz question will earn you one (1) entry into the Quickie Quiz Bonus Prize drawing (as defined in Section 4 below) if you have also obtained at least one (1) entry in the Main Drawing by either answering a Show question or participating by mail. Incorrect Quickie Quiz answers will not earn any entry into the Quickie Quiz Bonus Prize drawing. Limit of four (4) entries in the Quickie Quiz Bonus drawing per person and per Account per Daily Period, for a maximum of forty (40) total entries in the Quickie Quiz Bonus drawing per person and per Account for the entire Sweepstakes.

You will only have one (1) chance to answer each Quickie Quiz question correctly. You may participate in the Quickie Quiz regardless of whether you also participated in the Sweepstakes by answering Show questions or by mail. Participants do not need to watch the Show to participate in the Quickie Quiz. Entries into a Daily Drawing, Quickie Quiz Bonus Prize drawing or Main Drawing are NOT also entries into any other drawing. Quickie Quiz answers must be received by Sponsor during a Daily Period to be eligible to earn entries. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, “receipt” of a Quickie Quiz answer occurs when the Web Site’s servers record the answer after entrant clicks the “Submit” or similar button. Proof of sending (such as an automated computer receipt confirming entry or a “thank you” screen or message) does not constitute proof of actual receipt by Sponsor of an answer for purposes of this Sweepstakes.

4. Winner Selection, Odds, and Prize Claiming.

Main Drawing: On approximately May 27, 2010, a random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor’s designated representative to determine one (1) winner of the Grand Prize and one (1) winner of the Runner-Up Prize from among all eligible entries received for correctly answered questions, bonus referrals and mail-ins (“Main Drawing”). Odds of winning the Main Drawing depend on the number of eligible entries received for the Main Drawing by answering Show questions, by mail-in entry, and through the Quickie Quiz.

Bonus Referral Prize Drawing: On approximately May 27, 2010, a random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor’s designated representative to determine one (1) winner of the Bonus Referral Prize (defined in Section 5 below) from among all eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes from participants who answered a question correctly for the Main Drawing and referred at least ten (10) friends or relatives who then registered for a Web Site Account and answered a Show question correctly as set forth in Section 2 above. Referring more than ten (10) friends or relatives will not earn you additional entries into the Bonus Referral Prize drawing. Odds of winning the Bonus Referral Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received from participants who referred at least ten (10) friends or relatives who then registered for a Web Site Account and answered a Show question correctly.

Quickie Quiz Bonus Prize Drawing: On approximately May 27, 2010, a random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor’s designated representative to determine one (1) winner of the Quickie Quiz Bonus Prize from among all eligible entries received by answering Quickie Quiz questions correctly as set forth in Section 3 above. Odds of winning the Quickie Quiz Bonus Prize depend on the number of correct answers received for the Quickie Quiz.

Daily Drawing: On approximately one (1) business day following each Daily Period, a random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor’s designated representative to determine one (1) winner from among all eligible entries received through the Quickie Quiz for the Daily Drawing portion of this Sweepstakes during the immediately preceding Daily Period (“Daily Drawing”). Daily Drawing entries do not roll over. Odds of winning each Daily Drawing depend on the number of eligible entries received through the Quickie Quiz for the Daily Drawing during the immediately preceding Daily Period.

The following applies to all Sweepstakes drawings and winners (except as noted): Each potential Sweepstakes winner (except for Daily Drawing winners) will be notified that he or she has been selected as a potential winner in this Sweepstakes on or about May 27, 2010, by mail, phone, or e-mail in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Daily Drawing winners will be notified each day of the Entry Period starting with the third day and ending two days after the Entry Period. Each winner may be required to complete, sign, notarize (if applicable), and return, without alteration and in the form presented by Sponsor, a declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release and tax forms (as applicable) (collectively, the “Winner Documents”) according to Sponsor’s instructions within seven (7) days from when Sponsor sends the Winner Documents. Failure to comply with these requirements, Sponsor’s or its representative’s instructions or these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes and forfeiture of any prize potentially won, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Winner Documents, if required, are each subject to verification by Sponsor and may require the participant to provide his or her Social Security Number and/or a copy of government-issued identification card or number. If any prize notification or Sweepstakes-related communication is faulty, rejected or returned as undeliverable or if a participant cannot be reached after a reasonable attempt has been made by Sponsor or does not respond according to the notification’s or Sponsor’s or its representative’s instructions (as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion), that participant may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be randomly selected. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for false, incorrect, changed, incomplete or illegible contact information. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for or liable for late, lost, damaged, intercepted, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify the potential winners.

5. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”).

MAIN DRAWING PRIZES:

Grand Prize: One (1) winner of the Main Drawing, subject to verification, will receive a seven- (7-) day/six- (6-) night trip for the winner and three (3) guests to winner’s choice of one (1) of following locations: Rome, London, Bali, or Abu Dhabi (“Grand Prize”). Grand Prize consists solely of round-trip, economy class air transportation for winner and three (3) guests from a major airport near the winner’s residence in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or D.C. to an airport in or around the location selected by winner and approved by Sponsor (both airports as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion), hotel accommodations with V.I.P. amenities at a Hilton premiere property (based on two (2) double occupancy rooms) for each night of the Grand Prize, and $5000 spending cash for the winner. ARV of the Grand Prize: $24,864 (based on a Honolulu, Hawaii departure and Abu Dhabi destination).

Runner-Up Prize: One (1) winner of the Main Drawing, subject to verification, will receive a seven- (7-) day/six- (6-) night trip for the winner and one (1) guest to Barcelona, Spain (“Runner-Up Prize”). Runner-Up Prize consists solely of round-trip, economy class air transportation for winner and one (1) guest from a major airport near the winner’s residence in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or D.C. to an airport in or around Barcelona, Spain (both airports as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion), hotel accommodations with V.I.P. amenities at a Hilton premiere property (based on one (1) double occupancy room) for each night of the Runner-Up Prize, and $2500 spending cash for the winner. ARV of the Runner-Up Prize: $11,340 (based on a Honolulu, Hawaii departure).

BONUS REFERRAL PRIZE: One (1) winner of the Bonus Referral Prize drawing, subject to verification, will receive a seven- (7-) day/six- (6-) night trip for the winner and one (1) guest to London, England (“Bonus Referral Prize”). Bonus Referral Prize consists solely of round-trip, economy class air transportation for winner and one (1) guest from a major airport near the winner’s residence in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or D.C. to an airport in or around London, England (both airports as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion), hotel accommodations with V.I.P. amenities at a Hilton premiere property (based on one (1) double occupancy room) for each night of the Bonus Referral Prize, and $1000 spending cash for the winner. ARV of the Bonus Referral Prize: $7,878 (based on a Honolulu, Hawaii departure).

QUICKIE QUIZ BONUS PRIZE: One (1) winner of the Quickie Quiz Bonus Prize drawing, subject to verification, will receive a seven- (7-) day/six- (6-) night trip for the winner and one (1) guest to Maui, Hawaii (“Runner-Up Prize”). Quickie Quiz Bonus Prize consists solely of round-trip, economy class air transportation for winner and one (1) guest from a major airport near the winner’s residence in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or D.C. to an airport in Maui, Hawaii (both airports as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion), hotel accommodations with V.I.P. amenities at a Hilton premiere property (based on one (1) double occupancy room) for each night of the Quickie Quiz Bonus Prize, and $1000 spending cash for the winner. ARV of the Quickie Quiz Bonus Prize: $5,226 (based on a Los Angeles, California departure).

DAILY DRAWING PRIZE: The one (1) winner of each of the ten (10) Daily Drawings, subject to verification, will each receive the daily prize consisting solely of a weekend stay for the winner and one (1) guest for two- (2-) nights at a Hilton property in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or D.C. and $500 spending cash for the winner (“Daily Prize”). Hotel accommodations are based on one (1) double occupancy room for each night of the Daily Prize. Daily Prize does not include transportation. ARV of each Daily Prize: $1300.

The following applies to all prizes and winners: Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded in the Sweepstakes: $62,308. Winners have one (1) year from the date of the winner notification to complete travel for the trip prizes awarded, or prize will be forfeited. All lodging or accommodation prize elements have no cash value, must be used within one (1) year from the date of the winner notification or will be forfeited, are subject to availability and inventory on hand at the time of use, and will include room rate and room tax only. Each winner must make his or her travel arrangements no later than twenty-one (21) days prior to travel beginning. All prize details are subject to change in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Travel and accommodations are subject to restrictions, black out dates, and availability. Specific travel arrangements and any prize details not provided in these Official Rules will be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Actual retail value of the prize may vary depending on the winner’s residence, location selected (for Grand Prize and Daily Prizes), market conditions, changes in value of components (e.g., air transportation and hotel rates) and other reasons. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for and winner will not receive the difference, if any, between the actual value of a prize at the time of award and the stated ARV in these Official Rules or in any Sweepstakes-related correspondence or materials. Any and all meals, gratuities, luggage fees, in-room charges, travel expenses, travel and other insurance, carrier fees, government charges, transfers, ground transportation, taxes (federal, state and local) and other expenses not specified in these Official Rules or Sweepstakes-related communication as being provided as part of the prize are the sole responsibility of each winner. The winner and his or her guest(s) must travel from and return to a Sponsor-selected airport near the winner’s residence within the fifty (50) United States or D.C. or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner chosen. In the event the winner lives within close proximity to the trip destination (as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion), Sponsor will substitute airfare with ground transportation, and any difference in value will not be awarded to the winner. Travel must originate from and end at the same airport. Winner and his/her guest(s) must travel together on the same itinerary. Winner and his/her guest(s) are solely responsible for complying with all travel requirements, which may include, without limitation, obtaining and presenting necessary identification (including photograph) and passport at the time of travel. Flight schedules are subject to change without notice. Released Parties (defined in Section 6 below) are not liable for any missed prize events, opportunities or expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay or ground transportation delay. Winner may be required to provide a credit card at time of hotel check-in to cover hotel incidentals. Winner’s guest(s) must be the age of majority in his or her state of primary residence unless winner is the guest’s parent or legal guardian. Winner and his/her guest must comply with Sponsor’s and each prize provider’s procedures and policies and winner agrees that his/her guest(s) must complete, sign, have notarized (if applicable) and return a release of liability and, where legal, a publicity release to Sponsor without alteration in the timeframe specified by Sponsor or travel will not be allowed. Once selected by winner, a guest cannot be changed without the express consent of Sponsor, which may be withheld for any reason. All prizes legitimately claimed will be awarded. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen prize or any prize that is undeliverable or does not reach a winner because of an incorrect or changed address or other contact information. If a winner does not accept or use the entire prize, the unaccepted or unused part of the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation with respect to that prize or portion of the prize. No transfers, prize substitutions or cash redemptions will be made, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the stated prize or portion thereof with another prize or portion thereof of equal or greater value for any reason, including, without limitation, prize unavailability. No more than the stated prizes will be awarded. Limit of one (1) prize per person or household for the Sweepstakes, except that you may win one (1) Daily Prize and another non-Daily Prize. Prize elements will only be mailed or otherwise provided to the verified winner’s address in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES AND THE RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS OF EACH (COLLECTIVELY “RELEASED PARTIES”) FOR ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR INJURIES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND SUSTAINED IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE, ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE OR AWARDING OF THE PRIZE, WHILE PREPARING FOR, PARTICIPATING IN AND/OR TRAVELING TO OR FROM ANY PRIZE- OR SWEEPSTAKES-RELATED ACTIVITY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY INJURY, DAMAGE, DEATH, LOSS, OR ACCIDENT TO PERSON OR PROPERTY. EACH WINNER AGREES THAT THE PRIZES ARE PROVIDED AS-IS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, WHETHER NOW KNOWN OR HEREINAFTER ENACTED, RELATIVE TO THE USE OR ENJOYMENT OF THE PRIZE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ITS QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. FURTHER, THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IN ANY WAY FOR ANY ADDITIONAL EXPENSES, OMISSIONS, DELAYS, OR RE-ROUTING RESULTING FROM ANY ACTS OF ANY GOVERNMENT OR AUTHORITY. EACH WINNER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HE/SHE IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACTIONS, CLAIMS OR LIABILITIES OF HIS/HER GUEST RELATED TO ANY SWEEPSTAKES-RELATED ACTIVITY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY ACTIONS, CLAIMS OR LIABILITIES RELATED TO THEIR GUEST’S USE OF THE PRIZE.

EACH ENTRANT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT ALL RIGHTS UNDER SECTION 1542 OF THE CIVIL CODE OF CALIFORNIA AND ANY SIMILAR LAW OF ANY STATE OR TERRITORY OF THE UNITED STATES ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY WAIVED BY HIM/HER. SECTION 1542 READS AS FOLLOWS:

“CERTAIN CLAIMS NOT AFFECTED BY A GENERAL RELEASE. 7. Additional Disclaimers. The Released Parties are not responsible or liable for any of the following, whether caused by a Released Party, the entrant, or by any other individual or entity: any lost, late, incomplete, illegible, mutilated, or misdirected entries, e-mail, mail, or Sweepstakes-related correspondence or materials or postage-due mail; any error, omission, interruption, defect, or delay in transmission or communication; viruses or technical or mechanical malfunctions; interrupted or unavailable cable or satellite systems; errors, typos or misprints in these Official Rules, in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; failures of electronic equipment, computer hardware or software; lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications or entry information. Released Parties are not responsible for electronic communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind, or insufficient space in entrant’s e-mail or other account to receive messages. Released Parties are not responsible, and may disqualify an entrant at any time, if his or her e-mail address, telephone, or other contact information does not work or is changed without entrant giving prior written notice to Sponsor. Without limiting any other provision in these Official Rules, Released Parties are not responsible or liable to any entrant or winner or any person claiming through such entrant or winner for failure to supply a prize or any part thereof in the event that any of the Sweepstakes activities or the Sweepstakes Entities’ operations or activities are affected, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, including, without limitation, by reason of any acts of God, any action, regulation, order or request by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action, regulations, order or request proves to be invalid), equipment failure, threatened terrorist acts, terrorist acts, air raid, blackout, act of public enemy, earthquake, war (declared or undeclared), fire, flood, epidemic, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal) labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any law, rule, regulation, order or other action adopted or taken by any governmental, federal, state or local government authority, or any other cause, whether or not specifically mentioned above.

In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of a participant who enters online, the participant will be declared to be the authorized account holder of the e-mail address of record for the Account at the time the submission was made during the Entry Period, but only if that person meets all other eligibility criteria, otherwise the entry may be disqualified and any potential prize won will be forfeited in Sponsor’s sole discretion. An authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that he or she is the authorized account holder of the applicable e-mail address. If a dispute cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the entry and individual or individuals may be deemed ineligible in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

8. Publicity Rights. By entering the Sweepstakes (except where prohibited by law), entrants consent to the use of their names, pictures, likenesses, voices, biographical data, and/or any information contained in their entry in advertising, promotion and marketing materials throughout the world, including on the Internet, by the Sponsor, its promotional partners and third-party marketing entities, without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval. Nothing contained in these Official Rules obligates Sponsor to make use of any of the rights granted herein and winner waives any right to inspect or approve any such use.

9. General Rules. All participants, as a condition of entry, agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from this Sweepstakes. Participants further agree to not damage or cause interruption of the Sweepstakes and/or prevent others from using the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void entries of any entrants who Sponsor believes have attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes. Any attempts to make submissions, earn entries, or register for accounts in excess of any stated limits using multiple or false contact information or otherwise may be disqualified in Sponsor’s sole discretion. All entries and materials submitted become property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries generated by a script, computer program, macro, programmed, robotic or other automated means will not be accepted and will be void. Entries that are in excess of the stated limits, incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, forged, false, lost, late, misdirected, illegible, postage-due, garbled, incorrect, deceptive or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other web site or online service, including, without limitation, commercial sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Sweepstakes. The Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes. Those who do not follow all of the instructions, provide the required information for entry, or abide by these Official Rules or other instructions of Sponsor or its representatives may be disqualified in Sponsor’s sole discretion. If Sponsor determines at any time in its sole discretion that the winner or potential winner is disqualified, ineligible, or in violation of these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to select an alternate winner, even if the disqualified potential winner’s name may have been shown or announced online, on the Show, or elsewhere. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules will otherwise remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. If the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, which may include, without limitation, not awarding any prizes or awarding the prizes from among eligible entries received before or after a modification or suspension. If any person supplies false information, obtains entries by fraudulent means or is otherwise determined to be in violation of these Official Rules in an attempt to obtain any prize, Sponsor may disqualify that person and seek damages from him or her and that person may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE OR WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATIONS OF THE SWEEPSTAKES VIOLATES CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR MAY SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND MAY DISQUALIFY ANY PARTICIPANT MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT.

10. Disputes/Governing Law. Except where prohibited, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the entrant and any Released Party, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, the prize awarded, or the determination of the winner must be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will an entrant be permitted or entitled to obtain an award for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than entrant’s actual out-pocket expenses (if any), not to exceed two hundred fifty dollars ($250), and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

This Sweepstakes and any dispute arising under or related thereto (whether for breach of contract, tortious conduct or otherwise) will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without reference to its conflicts of law principles. Any legal actions, suits or proceedings related to this Sweepstakes (whether for breach of contract, tortious conduct or otherwise) will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, Los Angeles, California, and each entrant accepts and submits to the personal jurisdiction of these courts with respect to any legal actions, suits or proceedings arising out of or related to this Sweepstakes.

Only one (1) request of either type per outer envelope, mailed separately, will be fulfilled. Vermont residents with a return address in Vermont may omit return postage with Official Rules requests.
