ExerciseTV’s 10 Pound Slimdown Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents who, as of 5/2/10, are Road Runner, Time Warner Cable or Bright House Networks subscribers, residing in a serviceable area of Road Runner, Time Warner Cable or Bright House Networks and those living in the same household in the following states/areas: AL, AZ, CA, CO (only in Gunnison), FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, MT, NE, NY, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TX, VA, WA, WV, WI, or WY, and are 18 years of age or older.

Promotion Period : The Time Warner Cable presents ExerciseTV’s 10 Pound Slimdown Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins 10:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 3, 2010 and ends 11:59 p.m. ET on May 31, 2010 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize is available: The Grand Prize winner will receive a 4-day/3-night trip for two (2) to Los Angeles, California. Trip includes: roundtrip coach class air transportation from a major U.S. Gateway airport nearest winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion) to Los Angeles, California ; standard hotel accommodations [single room, double occupancy] for four (4) days and three (3) nights, , (2) 2-hour fitness training sessions that includes up to 30 minutes of nutrition counseling with ExerciseTV’s most popular trainer, Cindy Whitmarsh (based on her availability) for winner and his/her guest, a one month written work out plan for the winner,and $250, awarded in the form of a check issued in winner’s name, pair of New Balance sneakers valued at $100 and ExerciseTV DVDs and accessories valued at $100.The total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $3,525.

Three (3) First Prizes are available: Each First Prize winner will receive a pair of New Balance sneakers valued at $100, Sponsor selected New Balance apparel valued at $100, and ExerciseTV DVDs and accessories valued at $100. The ARV of each First Prize is $300. The total ARV of all First Prizes is $900.

Five (5) Second Prizes are available: Each Second Prize winner will receive a pair of New Balance sneakers valued at $100,. The ARV of each Second Prize is $100. The total ARV of all First Prizes is $500.
