Eligibility : Open to all legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 years or older, with Internet access as of May 27, 2013

Promotion Period : From 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 28, 2013 through 11:59 p.m. ET on June 11, 2013 (the “Entry Period”)

Prize (s) :

There will be two (2) Prizes (“Prizes”) awarded. Each Prize winner (“Winner”) will receive a four (4) day, three (3) night trip for Winner and up to one (1) Guest (“Guest”) to Universal Orlando® Resort in Orlando, Florida. Trip will include round trip coach class air transportation for Winner and up to one (1) Guest from a major commercial airport near Winner’s home (as determined by Prize Provider in their sole discretion) to Orlando, FL*; three (3) nights standard hotel accommodation (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only) at The Hard Rock Hotel (or at another on-site hotel as determined by the Prize Provider in their sole discretion); non-exclusive ground transportation to and from airport and hotel in Orlando, FL*; 3 Park Unlimited Passes for admission to Universal Studios Florida, Universal’s Islands of Adventure and Wet ‘n Wild for Winner and up to one (1) Guest; attendance at one (1) Blue Man Group performance (exact date and time to be determined by Prize Provider in their sole discretion) for Winner and up to one (1) Guest and attendance at Summer concert on Saturday, June 29, 2013 with meet and greet prior to the concert. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of both Prizes is five thousand thirteen and sixteen cents ($5,013.16).
