Eligibility : Fast & Furious Ultimate Escape Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Fast & Furious Ultimate Escape Sweepstakes begins on July 21, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on July 28, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”)

How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, go to www.ffsweeps.com (“Website”) and complete and submit the online entry form. You automatically will receive one (1) entry into the applicable Entry Period drawing and advance to the Instant Win Game page and receive one (1) Instant Win Game play for that day. Once on the Instant Win Game page, follow the links and instructions to play the Instant Win Game. The Instant Win Game results will be instantly displayed. Potential winners of the Instant Win Game will be provided directions for validation. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded.

Limit : Each participant may enter/play one (1) time per Code during the Promotion Period and up to fourteen (14) times on any given day. Each Code may only be used one (1) time.

Trip package includes round trip coach class air transportation from an airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Los Angeles, CA; two (2) nights accommodations at hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); a walk-on role opportunity for the next “Fast &Furious” film (all details, including without limitation, inclusion in the film, credit and use of name and likeness, shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and a full tour of the new “Fast & Furious” set (all details determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Winner must travel dates determined by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. ARV: $3,000.

ONE (1) ENTRY PERIOD 4 GRAND PRIZE: A $1,000 Cloud 9 gift voucher (terms and conditions apply) that can be used toward the purchase of a formula 2000, or dragster stock car racing thrills experience; air and/or ground transportation for two (2) from an airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to the Cloud 9 selected experience location; hotel accommodations for two (2), near experience location for length of experience (hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion).
