First Prize: The randomly selected 110 First Prize Winners will win the prize package outlined below:

* One (1) Ford Racing 110th Anniversary Commemorative Coin, Limited Edition

* Approximate Retail Value: $50 per winner.

Grand Prize: The randomly selected Five (5) Grand Prize Winners will win a VIP Ford Racing Experience for themselves and one (1) guest. Each Grand Prize Winner will have the option of selecting one of the following listed race weekends for their VIP Experience:

* NASCAR – Daytona 500 Race Weekend, Daytona, FL: February 2012 (specific dates to be released)
* NHRA – Pomona, CA: February 2012 (specific dates to be released)
* Grand-Am – Homestead, FL: March 2012 (specific dates to be released)
* Rally America – X Games: July 2012 (specific dates and location to be released)

The prize package for the Ford Racing VIP Experience will include the following for each race:

* Round-trip air economy class transportation (specific air carrier to be chosen at Sponsor’s sole discretion) for two from a major US airport close to winner’s residence to a major US airport close to race location
* Hotel accommodations [one (1) room, standard, double occupancy] for three (3) nights in or around race location during confirmed race weekend dates
* Two grandstand tickets to the race series of choice for the days where at-track activity is applicable
* Ground transportation to/from hotel and track, including round-trip airport transfer
* One (1) $200 Visa Gift Card for additional meals or activities
* Two (2) Ford Racing apparel gift packages
* One VIP driver meet & greet
