Give Back Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Sweepstakes is open to anyone 16 years of age or younger who is a legal resident of, and physically located within, the 50 United States or D.C. (“Territory”).

Promotion Period : Commencing at 3:00:00 A.M., November 26, 2010, and ending at 3:00:00 P.M., December 28, 2010

Limit : Regardless of method of Entry and whether one person has more than one Address / Cell or more than one person use the same Address / Cell , only one (1) On-line Entry per entrant per Day is permitted (a maximum of thirty-one (31) Online Entries per entrant during the Entry Period); only one (1) SMS Entry per entrant per Day is permitted (a maximum of thirty-one (31) SMS Entries per entrant during the Entry Period); and only one (1) On-air Super Entry (equal to 100 Entries) per entrant per Day is permitted (a maximum of thirty one hundred (3,100) On-air Super Entries per entrant during the Entry Period). However, only one method of Entry is permitted each Day.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: The winner of the Sweepstakes (“Winner”) will be awarded a prize consisting of two (2) elements: (1) the chance to present a $10,000 donation on behalf of Sponsor to Bridgit Mendler (“Artist”) for Artist’s chosen charity and (2) a three (3) day / two (2) night trip for Winner and three (3) guests (“Group”) to a Sponsor-selected city (“City”) to meet and greet the Artist (“Meet/Greet”). The trip will consist of the following elements for the Group (“Trip”): [1] the opportunity to Meet/Greet; and [2] one (1) gift card in the amount of $500 for the Winner. [3] hotel accommodations for four (4) (one standard room, quadruple occupancy) for two (2) nights in the City; [4] if the Winner resides more than 250 miles from the City, round-trip coach air transportation between an airport near the Winner’s residence (“airport of origin”) and a major airport in or near the City and Winner’s choice of airport/hotel transfers and hotel/Meet/Greet transfers or a rental of one (1) car for three (3) days, provided driver must be at least 25 years old, have a valid major credit card and driver’s license and agree to all the terms and conditions required by car rental agency.  Total ARV of Grand Prize: $14,000.
