Eligibility : Guitar Hero 5 Couples Retreat Sweepstakes is offered only in the United States to legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia), who are at least 21 years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period :  The Guitar Hero 5 Couples Retreat Sweepstakes (hereafter, the “Sweepstakes”) begins on or around 2:00 P.M. Pacific Daylight Time on September 25, 2009 and ends at 11:59 P.M. Pacific Daylight Time on October 31, 2009 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit : You may only submit one (1) Entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

Prize (s):

The grand prize winner will receive: (a) two (2) round trip economy (coach class) tickets to Jamaica (specific city in Jamaica determined by Sponsor) departing from a contiguous continental U.S. airport serviced by United Airlines, (b) one (1) single standard, double occupancy hotel room for seven (7) consecutive nights stay at the Iberostar Rose Hall Beach Hotel (or similar) (“Hotel”), and (c) round trip ground transportation between Jamaica airport and the Hotel.  Approximate total retail value: $2,399 per person (for a total of $4,798).
