Henkel Helps Create Contest

Eligibility : ENTRY MUST BE CREATED BY A PERSON AGE 2-18 at time of submission (“CREATOR”). ENTRY MUST BE SUBMITTED BY THE PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN OF THE CREATOR (“SUBMITTER”), WHO IS A LEGAL RESIDENT OF THE 50 UNITED STATES OR DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, AND 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER ELIGIBLE CHILD/PER HOUSEHOLD.

Promotion Period : The Henkel Helps Create Contest begins on August 2, 2009 at 12:00:01 a.m. ET and ends on September 13, 2009 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotional Period”).

Limit : Only one (1) Entry per eligible child/per household.

Prize (s):

Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded in each of the four (4) categories. Prize will be awarded to the Submitter on the Creator’s behalf. Each Grand Prize consists of a trip for two (2) for the Submitter and Creator (or another parent or legal guardian of Creator, if Submitter is unable to travel for any reason) to New York City, New York November 4, 2009 through November 7, 2009 for three (3) days and three (3) nights and includes: (a) round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) to JFK, LaGuardia or Newark Airport, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, (b) three (3) days in New York; (c) three (3) nights standard hotel accommodations (one room/double occupancy); (d) ground transportation to and from the airport; (e) transportation to and from the Henkel Art Exhibit on November 5, 2009; (f) $500 cash, awarded as a check, intended to be used as spending money on the trip; (g) $1,000 cash, awarded as a check, intended to be used toward the Creator’s future education costs; (h) one (1) branded photo frame; and (i) Henkel product coupons. Grand Prize ARV: $3,500.00.

Voter’s Choice Prize: One (1) Voter’s Choice Prize will be awarded in each of the four (4) categories. Prize will be awarded to the Submitter on the Creator’s behalf and consists of $500 cash, awarded as a check, intended to be used toward the purchase of art supplies. Voter’s Choice Prize ARV: $500.00.
