Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia or Puerto Rico who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry.

Promotion Period : Begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on January 27, 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on April 28, 2011

Prize (s) :

One (1) Grand Prize. The Grand Prize consists of a trip for winner and one (1) guest to Hershey, Pennsylvania for an “Iconic HERSHEY®’S Cocoa Experience”. Prize includes: One (1) double-occupancy standard hotel accommodation for winner and one (1) guest for two (2) nights, a day in HERSHEY®’S kitchen to prepare the winning iconic HERSHEY®’S cocoa recipe, and $500 spending money (payable to winner in the form of a check). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $3,400.00.

Thirteen (13) First Prizes (1 per Entry Period). Each First Prize consists of a HERSHEY®’S Baking Basket; exact contents to be determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, at a date later than the publication of these Official Rules. ARV: $20.00 each. open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia or Puerto Rico who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry.
