HGTV’s Sailing in Grand Style Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the U.S. and its territories, possessions and commonwealths who are 21 years of age or older prior to October 11, 2011

Promotion Period : Beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 11, 2011, until 9:00 a.m. ET on November 14, 2011

Limit : Limit one (1) online entry per valid email address, per eligible person per day

Prize (s) :

Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will win the grand prize (“Grand Prize”) of a Disney Cruise Line® vacation for four (4) persons (i.e., Grand Prize Winner and 3 guests) consisting of the following:

A. One (1) three (3) night cruise aboard the Disney Fantasy™ ship departing from Port Canaveral, FL on March 26, 2012, which includes:

(i) One (1) Deluxe Family Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah (Category 5B) with quadruple occupancy.

(ii) All onboard meals (excluding Palo and Remy)

(iii) Government Taxes and Fees (as defined on the Disney Cruise Line® website)

(iv) Onboard gratuities for stateroom host/hostess, dining room server, assistant server and head server.

B. Round-trip coach airfare between the United States gateway airport nearest to Grand Prize Winner’s home and Orlando International Airport if Grand Prize Winner resides outside of a 200 mile radius of Orlando, FL*.

C. Round-trip ground transportation between Orlando International Airport and Port Canaveral via Disney Cruise Line® transportation.

Total estimated approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $4,472.68.

Winner List : Beginning on or about December 1, 2011, you may obtain the name of the Grand Prize Winner by going to the Web Site. Results of the drawing will be removed from the Web Site on or about January 1, 2012.
