Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the U.S. and its territories, possessions and commonwealths who are 21 years of age or older

Promotion Period : Beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 4, 2012 until 5:00 p.m. ET on July 16, 2012 (the “Promotion Period”)

Prize (s) :

The Grand Prize Winner will receive, at Grand Prize Winner’s option, either of the following Disney vacation packages (the “Grand Prize”):

Option 1: Walt Disney World® Resort in Florida Vacation Package:

Four (4) round trip coach air fares between the major international airport closest to Grand Prize Winner’s residence and the Orlando International Airport in Orlando, Florida, USA; provided, however, if Grand Prize Winner resides within 250 miles of the Walt Disney World® Resort, air fare will not be provided to the Grand Prize Winner.

Four (4) round trip ground transfers between the Orlando International Airport and the Walt Disney World® Resort; provided, however, if Grand Prize Winner resides within 250 miles of the Walt Disney World® Resort, transfers will not be provided to the Grand Prize Winner.

Room accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room (with a maximum of four (4) persons per room) for four (4) nights at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort hotel or another resort hotel at the Walt Disney World® Resort selected by Disney in its sole discretion.

A Disney Gift Card with a value of five hundred United States Dollars ($500 USD).

One (1) Disney Water Park Beachcomber Shack Rental for one day. These premium space amenities include, attendant, locker, all-day drink mugs, cooler with bottled water, upgraded lounge furniture, and towels. Food items purchased at an additional cost. Subject to availability due to capacity and seasonality.

One (1) Disney’s PhotoPass® Book and one (1) Disney’s PhotoPass® CD (Redemption certificate will be provided).

One (1) Finding Nemo Themed Welcome Basket in your Walt Disney World® Resort hotel room (for Grand Prize Winner only).

The estimated retail value of the vacation package is $6,704.13. Actual value may depend upon Grand Prize Winner’s point of travel origin, dates of travel, and airfare fluctuations as of the date of travel.

Option 2: Disneyland® Resort in California Vacation Package:

Four (4) round trip coach air fares between the major international airport closest to Grand Prize Winner’s residence and a Southern California airport as chosen by Disney (with possible layovers); provided, however, if Grand Prize Winner resides within 250 miles of the Disneyland® Resort, air fare will not be provided to the Grand Prize Winner;

A voucher for four (4) round trip ground transfers between the Southern California airport and the Disneyland® Resort; provided, however, if Grand Prize Winner resides within 250 miles of the Disneyland® Resort, transfers will not be provided to the Grand Prize Winner;

Room accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room (with a maximum of four (4) persons per room) for four (4) nights at a deluxe hotel at the Disneyland® Resort selected by Disney in its sole discretion;

Four (4) 5-Day Disneyland® Resort Park Hopper® Tickets (subject to restrictions).

A Disney Gift Card with a value of five hundred United States Dollars ($500 USD).

One (1) one-day Adventures By Disney® Lights! Camera! Magic! Tour of Hollywood for four (4) persons.

One (1) Disney’s PhotoPass® Book and one (1) Disney’s PhotoPass® CD (Redemption certificate will be provided).

The estimated retail value of vacation package is $6,471.96.

Winner List : Beginning on or about August 8, 2012, you may obtain the name of the Winners, by going to the Website. Winner’s name will be removed on or about January 31, 2013.
