Promotion Period : Commences at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 1, 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on September 30, 2011

Prize (s) :

Exactly one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be randomly drawn from among all eligible entries received, and awarded a Grand Prize consisting of: (i) two (2) round-trip, business-class Air Pacific tickets from Los Angeles to Nadi, Fiji Islands; (ii) six (6) days, five (5) nights hotel accommodations for two (2) at the Sofitel Fiji Resort & Spa, (iii) daily champagne breakfast for two (2); (iv) complimentary 50-minute Fiji Bobo massage for two (2) at Mandara Spa. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $9,000 USD.

Exactly ten (10) Runner-Up Prizes will be awarded. Ten (10) Runner-Up Prize Winners will be randomly drawn from among all eligible entries received, and awarded a Runner-Up Prize (each, a “Runner-Up Prize”) consisting of: one (1) $100 USD Hy-Vee gift card.

The ARV of each Runner-Up Prize is $100 USD. The ARV of all Runner-Up Prizes is $1,000 USD.
