Eligibility : Open to permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, and have reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they residence as of the date entry.

Promotion Period : Commences at 12:00:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on January 13, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 AM (ET) on February 24, 2012

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person / per day for the entire Entry Period.

Prize (s) :

Exactly forty two (42) First Prizes will be awarded. Each day, One (1) First Prize winner will be randomly drawn from among all eligible Entries received and awarded a First Prize (“First Prize”) consisting of : One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) awarded to First Prize winner in the form of a check; and one(1) Pawn Stars Bobblehead doll. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each First Prize is One Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars ($125.00).

Exactly one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. One (1) Grand Prize winner will be randomly drawn from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period and awarded a Grand Prize trip to Las Vegas Nevada consisting of: round-trip, coach class, air transportation for two (2) persons from a major airport nearest the winner’s residence to the destination city; hotel accommodations for four (4) days, three (3) nights; roundtrip transportation between airport and hotel; roundtrip transportation between the Gold and Silver Pawn Shop and hotel; one (1) Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) pre-loaded VISA gift card for spending and travel expenses; and one (1) Pawn Stars Bobblehead doll ( “Grand Prize”). The ARV of the Grand Prize is Eight Thousand Three Hundred Forty-Two Dollars ($8,342.00).

Winner List : For a copy of the Winner’s List or Official Rules, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Be a Pawn Star Sweepstakes, c/o Brandmovers, Inc., P O Box 94079, Atlanta, Georgia 30377. Winner’s List will be available after all winners have been selected and verified on or about March 15, 2012. Vermont and Washington residents may omit return postage.
