Hollywood is Like High School With Money Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of forty-eight contiguous United States or the District of Columbia who are 13 years of age (Alaska and Hawaii are excluded). Entrants under the age of the majority in their state of residence should get permission from parents or legal guardians to enter the Sweepstakes. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and where prohibited or restricted by law.

Promotion Period : Hollywood is Like High School With Money Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins on August 30, 2010 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on November 1, 2010 at 12:00 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”)

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize winner  will receive a trip for the winner and two (2) guests to Hollywood, CA to attend a nationally and entertainment industry known premiere, “red carpet” event, awards ceremony or concert event (the “Event”). The details of the Event shall be determined by Sponsor at the conclusion of the Sweepstakes but prior to the award of the Grand Prize. Trip consists of round trip coach air transportation (for three (3) people) to and from a U.S. gateway airport nearest to the prize winner’s place of residence, standard class hotel accommodations (triple occupancy) for three (3) nights and ground transportation to and from the prize city airport and hotel. If the prize winner’s primary residence is within 100 miles of Hollywood, CA, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute air transportation with a car service or other ground transportation. The Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize shall be adjusted accordingly and the difference will not be awarded in cash. Prize winner and companions must travel under the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents prior to travel. If the prize winner is under the age of majority in his/her state of residence, a parent or legal guardian of the winner must accompany winner on the entire trip as a guest. Reservations and airline tickets are non-refundable for cash or credit, non-transferable and non-changeable once issued. If lost, tickets will not be replaced. The Grand Prize also includes: a limousine ride to and from the Event (ARV $960.00); a gift card or other allowance in the amount of $500 that may be utilized for shopping or other uses; a “Hollywood/Red Carpet”-style make-over (for prize winner only) immediately prior to attending the Event (ARV $600.00); and three (3) L’Oreal gift bags (ARV $225.00). TOTAL APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE FOR ALL PRIZES: $7,285.00

Winner List : To obtain a copy of any legally required winners list or a copy of the Official Rules, send the applicable request and a self-addresses, stamped, #10 envelope to The Hollywood is Like High School With Money Sweepstakes c/o Alloy Media, LLC at 151 West 26th Street New York, NY 10001. Request must be received no later than February 1, 2011 for the name of the winner and, by the end of the promotion, for a copy of the rules. Vermont residents may omit return postage for Official Rules requests.
