Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (and the District of Columbia), Puerto Rico, and Canada (excluding Quebec), who are at least eighteen (18) years old, and who are a Hilton HHonors Member (membership is free) at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Begins on August 5, 2013 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on September 20, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Prize (s) :

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for four (4) to New York, NY.
