Eligibility : Open to all legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are at least thirteen (13) years of age at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Begins February 1, 2012 at 12:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) and ends June 30, 2012 at 12:00 p.m. EST

Limit : One (1) entry per email address per person per day.

Prize (s) :

Grand Prize – One (1) winner and up to three (3) guests will attend the live concert performance by We The Kings scheduled for May 18, 2012 in New York, NY which is scheduled to be webcast. Prize includes round trip coach air transportation to/from the live concert performance and two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations, up to 4 tickets to the concert, $250 cash for spending money and a meeting with the band at the concert event (subject to the bands’ availability and professional commitments). Approximate Retail Value: $ 5,000.

First Prize – Nine (9) winners will each receive one (1) personal phone call from one of the band members of winner’s choosing, subject to Sponsor’s approval. The calls will be arranged with the band member and each winner on a mutually agreed upon time on a Friday. Call may NOT be private; other persons may be on the call. Call is subject to band member’s availability and professional commitments. Call may be recorded by Sponsor and used by Sponsor and its designees, in whole or in part, for advertising/promotional/trade purposes and winner (or his/her parent or legal guardian, if winner is a minor) consents to same. Approximate Retail Value: $1.00

Second Prize – Twelve (12) winners will each receive one (1) personalized outgoing phone message including the winner’s first name from one of the band members, of winner’s choosing subject to Sponsor’s approval. Outgoing phone message may be used by Sponsor and its designees, in whole or in part, for advertising/promotional/trade purposes and winner (or his/her parent or legal guardian, if winner is a minor) consents to same. Approximate Retail Value: $10.00

Third Prize – Twenty (20) winners will each win one (1) Sunshine State of Mind CD autographed by We The Kings. Approximate Retail Value: $40.00 (Approximate Retail Value may differ from RE-SALE value).

Fourth Prize – Twenty (20) winners will each win one (1) autographed We The Kings Poster. Approximate Retail Value: $25.00 (Approximate Retail Value may differ from RE-SALE value).

Fifth Prize – Forty (40) winners will each win one (1) Post Honeycomb/We The Kings flat cereal box (box will be empty) autographed by We The Kings. Approximate Retail Value: $60.00 (Approximate Retail Value may differ from RE-SALE value).

Winner List : For the list of winners of major prizes, send an e-mail with Subject Line: “Post Honeycomb See The Kings Sweepstakes Winners List Request,” to promotions@tmpg.com. Or, for a copy of the winners list, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to Post Honeycomb See The Kings Sweepstakes Winners List Request, 711 Westchester Avenue, Suite 102, White Plains, NY 10604. Requests must be received by July 2, 2012.
