Hubba Bubba Monsterrific Day Instant-Win Game and Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Hubba Bubba Monsterrific Day Instant-Win Game and Sweepstakes is restricted to children 6 to 16 years of age at time of entry who are legal U.S. residents residing in the 50 United States (includes the District of Columbia) and have a valid e-mail address. Kids under 13 need parental permission. Void where prohibited by law.

Promotion Period : The Hubba Bubba Monsterrific Day Instant-Win Game and Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Promotion”) begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) February 15, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET June 30, 2009 (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter :  Go to www.hubbabubba.com (“Promotion Site”) at any time during the Promotion Period, and follow the rules for how to enter the Promotion. To play the Instant-Win Game, locate the code on any specially marked Max or Bubble Tape packages (Max 5/10-piece Outrageous Original and Strawberry or Watermelon Flavors, or Bubble Tape Outrageous Original or Tangy Tropical Flavors, available at participating retailers between February 15, 2009 and June 30, 2009, or while supplies last) and enter it into the code field provided on the Promotion Site. Or obtain a free code at www.hubbabubba.com. There is no limit on the number of free codes that you can request, however, you will receive only one (1) free code with each request. You will be asked to provide your e-mail address when you enter, or, if you are under the age of 13, your parent/legal guardian’s e-mail address

Limit : Limit one (1) Sweepstakes entry and one (1) Instant-Win Game play per person/e-mail address per day during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize: Trip for five (5) to San Francisco, CA. Trip for Winner and four (4), guests (each a “Guest”), up to a total party of 5 (collectively, “Group”). Trip includes: (i) round-trip coach airfare for five people from major airport nearest Winner’s physical place of residence as determined by Sponsor, (ii) two (2) night hotel accommodations (hotel to be determined at the discretion of Sponsor), excluding meals, room service, or other incidentals, (iii) limousine transportation to and from airport and hotel and from hotel to various Sponsor scheduled sightseeing activities in San Francisco (iv) activities for the Group (activities to be at the discretion of the Sponsor); (v) five (5) pairs of Heely’s skates and associated protective gear (make and model of skates and gear to be selected at the discretion of the Sponsor) and (vi) $1,000 spending money to be awarded to Winner only in the form of a check. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize trip and spending money is $7,305.00. Winner will also receive a single cash payment of $3,763.18 (“Tax Gross-Up Payment”) in the form of a corporate check made payable to Winner, based on a 34% tax rate, which is intended to assist with any federal, state, or other tax obligations related to the Grand Prize (both the travel portion and the cash payment portion). The total ARV of Grand Prize is $11,068.18.

INSTANT-WIN PRIZES:

Two hundred (200) First Prizes: Each First Prize winner will receive one (1) six-foot wall cling. (ARV of each First Prize: $50.00). (ARV of all First Prizes: $10,000.00) Odds of winning a First Prize are 1 in 58,752.

Ten thousand (10,000) Second Prizes: Each Second Prize winner will receive one (1) digital wallpaper download. (ARV of each Second Prize: $.02). (ARV of all Second Prizes: $200.00) Odds of winning a Second Prize are 1 in 1,175.
