Eligibility : OPEN TO ALL LEGAL U.S. RESIDENTS CURRENTLY RESIDING in AL, DC, DE, GA, KY, MD, NC, PA, SC, TN, VA or WV, WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT TIME OF ENTRY AND HAVE INTERNET ACCESS AS OF 8/28/10.

Prize (s):

GRAND PRIZE (1): One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a four-day/three-night trip for winner and up to three (3) guests to Grand Prize winner’s choice of one of the following National Parks: Acadia National Park (ME), Arches National Park (UT), Carlsbad Caverns (NM), Everglades National Park (FL), Glacier National Park (MO), Grand Canyon National Park (AZ), Grand Teton National Park (WY), National Mall (DC), Redwood National Park (CA), Rocky Mountain National Park (CO), Smoky Mountain National Park (TN), Yellowstone National Park (WY) or Yosemite National Park (CA). Trip includes: (i) round-trip coach airfare for up to four people from the major airport nearest the Grand Prize winner’s residence; (ii) three-night hotel accommodations in the form of two (2) standard rooms, double-occupancy (hotel to be selected by Sponsor); (iii) $500 spending money awarded in the form of a check payable to Grand Prize winner; (iv) admission for up to four (4) to the National Park selected by the Grand Prize winner; and (v) one (1) rental car. To receive the rental car benefit, Grand Prize winner will be required to meet the age requirements of the rental car company, have a valid driver’s license and a major credit card (subject to terms and conditions of the rental car company) and will be responsible for any associated additional costs (including insurance, gas, additional taxes, etc.). In the event that Grand Prize winner does not meet these and the other requirements as specified by the rental car company, this portion of the prize will be forfeited and Grand Prize winner will receive ground transportation to/from airport and National Park destination. No cash difference will be awarded except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. (Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Grand Prize: $5,000).

FIRST PRIZES (10): Ten (10) First Prize winners will each receive one (1) “America the Beautiful Pass,” which will give the holder free access to and use of Federal recreation sites that charge an entrance or standard amenity fee for one (1) year, beginning from the date of issuance. The pass admits the pass holders and passengers in a noncommercial vehicle at per-vehicle fee areas, and pass holder plus 3 adults, not to exceed 4 adults, at per-person fee areas (children under 16 are admitted free). (ARV of each First Prize: $80).

SECOND PRIZES (100): One hundred (100) Second Prize winners will each receive a backpack (selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion). (ARV of each Second Prize: $7.08).
