Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age and older as of 2/1/10

Promotion Period : Between 12:00 PM Central Time (“CT”) on 2/1/10 and 12:00 PM CT on 2/19/10 (the “Promotion Period”)

How To Enter : Visit www.indiegamechallenge.com and follow the directions both to cast your vote for an Indie Game Challenge finalist pitch video and enter the sweepstakes.

Limit : There is a limit of (1) entry per person, per address/email address, per day for the extent of the Promotion Period, regardless of the method of entry.

Prize (s):

(1) Grand Prize: Trip for winner and one (1) guest to Los Angeles, CA (exact dates to be determined by Sponsor). Trip includes: (a) round trip first class air transportation from major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s primary residence in the U.S. (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,500); (b) 2-night stay in a deluxe double room at a hotel to be determined by Sponsor (one (1) room) (ARV: $1,000); (c) transportation service to/from the airport and hotel (ARV: $500); (d) dinner for two (2) at a restaurant in L.A.
