J. Jill Nature of Compassion

Eligibility : The Contest is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including D.C.) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and who did not purchase any equipment, services or J. Jill products for the purposes of entering this Contest.

Promotion Period : The Contest begins on October 27, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), ends on January 19, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”)

Limit : You may submit only one (1) Submission during the Submission Phase.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE WINNER : A trip for two (2) (winner and a travel companion) to the Artista Studio in Carmel-by-the-Sea, CA for an Artista Creative Safari and a $2,000 J. Jill Shopping Spree. Trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major U.S. gateway airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to San Francisco, CA; three (3) nights premium accommodations at a hotel of Sponsor’s choice (single room, double occupancy); four (4) days of hands-on art instruction at the Artista Studio; gourmet meals; yoga instruction; spa treatments (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); a $2,000 J. Jill Shopping Spree (awarded in the form of a $2,000 J. Jill gift card); and the opportunity for the winner’s t-shirt design to appear on a 2009 limited-edition Compassion Tee, with all net proceeds donated to the J. Jill Compassion Fund.  Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,000.
