Jacob’s Creek Australia Sweepstakes
Eligibility : The Jacob’s Creek Australia Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding California, Tennessee, Puerto Rico and its other territories and possessions, age 21 or older at the time of entry. Void to residents of California, Tennessee, Puerto Rico and other territories and possessions and where otherwise taxed, prohibited or restricted by law.
Promotion Period : Jacob’s Creek Australia Sweepstakes begins on October 1, 2008, 12:00:01 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on December 31, 2008, 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Entry Period”).
Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person or e-mail per day.
Prize (s):
Two (2) Grand Prizes: Each winner will receive a ten (10) day, nine (9) night trip to Australia for two (2) people. Prize includes round trip coach class air transportation for winner and one (1) guest from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest each winner’s residence to Adelaide, Australia; two (2) night stay in Adelaide, one (1) night stay Barossa Valley, and tour of Jacobs’s Creek Steingarten Vineyard and Heritage Vineyard, outdoor screening of “Australia” movie, tour of Jacobs’ Creek Visitor Centre, air transportation for 2 from Adelaide Airport to Kingscote, two (2) night stay on Kangaroo Island, dolphin watch and guided tours of the beach amongst sea lions, air transportation for 2 to Sydney, and four (4) night stay in Sydney. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $23,500 each
Five (5) First Prizes: Each winner will receive a four (4) day, three (3) night trip to either New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA (decision at sole discretion of Sponsor) for two (2) people. Prize includes round trip coach class air transportation for winner and one (1) guest from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest each winner’s residence to NY or CA, three (3) nights’ standard double-occupancy accommodations (one (1) room), round trip ground transportation to/from airport/hotel, round trip limousine transfers to/from the “Australia” premiere, $1,000 spending money for winner only, 2 tickets to the Australia premiere. ARV: $5,750 each.
One Thousand(1,000) Second Prizes: an e-Moviecash Ticket. ARV: $12.

WHERE??? …. there is no entry form that is clearly identifiable.
Surely this will put enough people off that NO-ONE will bother spending the time searching.
Some clever graphic artist or IT person has made the screen too busy with unclear messages. OR perhaps that is the intention.
