Jamba Juice Healthy-Go-Lucky Promotion
Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia and excluding Hawaii) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
Promotion Period : Begins on August 21, 2012 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on September 17, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Prize (s) :
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for winner and one (1) guest to Miami, Florida from date 03-20-2013 to date 03-22-2013 to meet Venus Williams and watch her compete in the 2013 Sony Open. Trip consists of roundtrip, coach class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence to Miami, Florida, 3days, 2 nights standard hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy), two (2) tickets to the 2013 Sony Ericsson Open (for 2 days) roundtrip ground transfers between airport/hotel and hotel/event, and $600.00 in spending money for the winner only. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $3,500 .
FIFTY (50) FIRST PRIZES. A Venus Williams Prize Pack. Prize consists of an autographed tennis racquet, a canister of tennis balls, a tennis visor and an autographed copy of ‘Come to Win’ by Venus Williams. ARV: $204.49.
TEN (10) SECOND PRIZES. A Jamba Juice Prize Pack. Prize consists of a pair of athletic shorts, a Champion Double Dry t-shirt, a $50 Jamba Juice Gift Card and a duffle bag. Maximum ARV: $170.
TEN (10) THIRD PRIZES. A Nike Fuelband. ARV: $150.
FIFTY SIX (56) FOURTH PRIZES. A pair of Skechers Shoes. ARV: $80.
ONE HUNDRED (100) FIFTH PRIZES. A pair of Skullcandy Smokin’ Buds Headphones. ARV: $29.99.
ONE HUNDRED (100) SIXTH PRIZES. A $10 Jamba Juice Gift Card. ARV: $10.
