Eligibility : Open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically located in one (1) of the fifty (50) states in the United States or the District of Columbia and who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Begins on or about 9:00 am. Eastern Time (“ET”) on Monday, December 9, 2013 and all entries must be received by the Sponsor on or before 11:59 p.m. ET on Tuesday, December 17, 2013 (the “Entry Period”).

Prize (s) :

Sponsor will award to the winner one (1) “Trip Prize” package that consists of the following: (i) two (2) roundtrip economy/coach airline tickets for the winner and one (1) companion via Sponsor-selected air carrier(s) from a major commercial airport selected by Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, to Miami, Florida, with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of: $1,000; (ii) a two (2)-night hotel stay (one (1) standard room based on double occupancy) for the winner and one (1) companion in Sunrise, Florida, with an ARV of: $500.00; (iii) two (2) tickets to the Jay Z concert in Sunrise, Florida at the BB&T Center on January 2, 2014, with an ARV (i.e., a pair of tickets) of: $400.00; and (iv) a Jay Z gold fragrance gift set, with an ARV of: $100.
