Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) and Puerto Rico who are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation/winning.

Promotion Period : Begins at 12:01 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on November 23, 2012, and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on December 24, 2012 (“Promotion Period”).

Prize (s) :

Grand Prize Gifts: The following Grand Prize Gifts will be awarded during the Promotion Period:

i)        One hundred thirty one (131) Great American Vacation Grand Prize Gifts (one hundred (100) Great American Vacation Grand Prize Gifts will be available on November 23, 2012 and one (1) Great American Vacation Grand Prize Gift will be available each day of the Promotion Period from November 24, 2012 through December 24, 2012): A vacation for the winner and up to three (3) guests to New York, NY, Chicago, IL, Washington, D.C., or Yellowstone. Vacation consists of:Round-trip, coach-class airfare for the winner and up to three (3) guests to the destination selected by the winner; four (4) nights’ hotel accommodations (hotel to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, in up to two (2) double-occupancy rooms, excluding room service, meals, and other incidentals); ground transportation to and from the airport and hotel; and $1,000, awarded in the form of a corporate check to only the winner, which is intended to assist with the cost of admission(s) to local attractions.The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Great American Vacation Grand Prize Gift is $8,000. Odds of winning a Great American Vacation Grand Prize Gift are 1:618,321.

ii)      Three (3) “Ellen” Grand Prize Gifts will be made available on November 23, 2012 only: A vacation for the winner and one (1) guest to Hollywood, CA for a taping of “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.” Vacation consists of:Round-trip, coach-class airfare for the winner and one (1) guest; four (4) nights’ hotel accommodations (hotel to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, in up to one (1) double-occupancy room, excluding room service, meals, and other incidentals); ground transportation to and from the airport and hotel and to and from the hotel and the “Ellen” show taping; two (2) VIP tickets to a taping of “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” (dates, times, seat locations, and all other aspects of the tickets are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor); and $4,000, awarded in the form of a corporate check to the winner only.The ARV of each “Ellen” Grand Prize Gift is $8,000. Odds of winning an “Ellen” Grand Prize Gift are 1:27,000,000.
