JCPenney’s Meet Rascal Flatts Contest
Eligibility : The JCPenney’s Meet Rascal Flatts Contest is open only to current legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry into the Promotion.
Promotion Period : The JCPenney’s Meet Rascal Flatts Contest begins at 9:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time on June 1, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on August 31, 2009 (the “Promotion Period”).
How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, entrants (the “Entrants”) can access www.jcpamericanlivingtour.com/contest to register and participate in the Promotion.
Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person/email address per day during the Entry Period.

ENTRY PERIOD #1:
One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a two night/three day trip for two to a Rascal Flatts concert of the winner’s choice. Prize includes round-trip coach airfare from the major airport nearest the winner’s residence, two night hotel accommodations for one room based on double occupancy in or near the destination city, two (2) VIP tickets with back stage passes, $500 spending cash and a $500 JC Penney Gift Card. Tickets are subject to availability and must be selected by September 18, 2009. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of grand prize is $3,580. Four (4) First Prizes: Four (4) First Prize winners will receive a $500 JCPenney Gift Card. ARV of each First Prize is $500. One Hundred Eighty (180) Daily Winners: Thirty (30) Daily Winners will receive a $50 JCPenney Gift Card. ARV: $50. One hundred fifty (150) Daily Winners will receive a Rascal Flatts/American Living t-shirt. ARV: $20.

I recieved a telephone call today stating that I had won the Rascal Flat Sweepstakes and within 30 minutes to check my e-mail and to fill out the papers and send them back, I hav not recieved anything into my e-mail as of this time. If this is a scam, it would be very heartbreaking to me.
