Joy to the World Giveaway

Eligibility :To be eligible for prizes in the Giveaway, you must, at the time of entry, be 1) a legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia (except New Mexico), 2) physically located in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, and 3) 18 years of age or older. The Giveaway is void in New Mexico, outside of the above geographic areas and where prohibited or restricted by law.

Promotion Period : The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on November 26, 2010 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on January 13, 2011 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Contest begins at 12:01 a.m. PT on December 1, 2010 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on December 28, 2010 (the “Contest Period”).

Limit : There is a limit of two (2) entries per person and per email address per day in the Sweepstakes via this method of entry.

Prize (s):

One (1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize:A trip for two people to anywhere in the world, subject to the restrictions set forth herein. Trip consists of: round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) people from the major U.S. international airport gateway nearest the Grand Prize winner’s residence to the major international airport gateway nearest the winner’s choice of destination; four (4) nights deluxe hotel accommodations (double occupancy) at the winner’s choice of destination (the “Destination”); US$500 spending money (for winner only); breakfast daily at the hotel at the Destination; city tour of the Destination; round-trip ground transportation between airport and hotel at Destination. There is an allowance of up to US$3,000 per person for air transportation. The maximum Approximate Retail Value [“ARV”] of the Sweepstakes Grand Prize is US$12,200.00.

One (1) Contest First Prize:
One 7 inch Cheesecake Factory cheesecake of the winner’s choice will be shipped to the winner’s residence within the 50 United States (excluding New Mexico) every month for a year, for a total of twelve (12) cheesecakes. (ARV $550.00).

One (1) Contest Second Prize per Weekly Entry Period for a total of Four (4) Contest Second Prizes:
Each Finalist will be awarded a $100 The Cheesecake Factory eGift card.  (ARV $100.00 each).  The eGift card is subject to all restrictions and rules of use normally applicable to such eGift cards.  Such eGift card can only be redeemed at participating The Cheesecake Factory restaurant locations where such eGift cards are accepted.

Three (3) Contest Third Prizes per day for a total of Eighty-Four (84) such prizes:
A slice of The Cheesecake Factory cheesecake awarded in the form of an eGift Card.  (ARV $7.50 each).  Such eGift Card will be awarded online.  Winner must print out eGift Card according to the on-screen instructions.  The eGift Card is subject to all restrictions and rules of use normally applicable to such eGift Card.  Redeem your free slice of cheesecake by bringing the printed eGift Card to a participating The Cheesecake Factory restaurant location where such eGift Cards are accepted.

Winner List : To receive an additional copy of these rules or the names of the prize winners (excluding Contest Third Prize winners), you must send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Joy to the World Giveaway, P.O. Box 8991, Calabasas, CA 91372-8991, which must be received by no later than February 28, 2011.
