Promotion Period : Begins at 12:00:00 p.m. (noon) Central Time (“CT”) on January 1, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. CT on February 5, 2012

Prize (s) :

Grand Prize (1): A trip for winner and three (3) guests selected by winner to attend Super Bowl XLVII (the “Game”) scheduled to occur in February 2013 in New Orleans, Louisiana. Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation (from gateway city nearest winner?s U.S. home); double-occupancy hotel accommodations for four (4) nights (two [2] rooms); four (4) tickets to the Game; and ground transportation to/from airport/hotel/Game. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”):
$10,950.00.
Grand Prize Winner may elect to receive a cash prize of $7,500.00 awarded in the form of a wire transfer, payable to Grand Prize Winner.

First Prizes (50): One (1) $50.00 gift certificate. Subject to terms and conditions as set by issuer. ARV: $50.00 each.
