Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry

Promotion Period : Begins at 12:01 a.m. ET on June 7, 2011 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on July 4, 2011

Prize (s) :

Winner will receive a trip for winner and three (3) guests to New York City to view the 2012 Macy’s 4th of July Fireworks® Spectacular. Prize package includes round-trip economy air travel for winner and three (3) guests from a major airport nearest to winner’s home to New York City; two (2) nights hotel accommodations (one suite for four (4) persons) at a hotel selected by Sponsor; round-trip ground transportation to/from the airport and to/from the fireworks event; one (1) $500 Macy’s gift card; the following KitchenAid appliances: one (1) Stand Mixer with three (3) attachments, one (1) Hand Mixer, one (1) Food Processer, one (1) Blender, one (1) Coffee Maker, and one (1) Countertop Oven and Toaster; and a private meet and greet with a Chef from Macy’s Culinary Council during the Fireworks. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of KitchenAid appliances: $2,000. ARV of complete prize: $5,000.
