Kobo’s Best of 2012 Trivia Contest

Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the forty eight (48) contiguous United States, District of Columbia, Canada (including Quebec), and the United Kingdom who have reached the age of majority in their respective jurisdiction at the time of entry (each entrant, an “Entrant”).

Promotion Period : Begins on December 10, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) and ends on December 19, 2012 at 11:59:59 p.m. EST (the “Contest Period”).

Limit :  Limit is one Entry per day per Entrant during the Contest Period, regardless of email address provided.

Prize (s) :

Secondary Prizes

– 10% – 75% off select eBook coupon (value of coupon is dependent upon cost of eBook selected and discount awarded) or
– One (1) Kobo Mini eReader (approximate value CAD $79.99). Only one (1) Kobo Mini will be awarded each day during the Contest Period from all
Entries received for that day. Any Entries received after a particular day during the Contest Period will not qualify for the Kobo Mini for that day.
Odds of winning a Kobo Mini depend upon the number of Entries received during each day of the Contest.

There will be one Grand Prize awarded to an Entrant with a Grand Prize Entry consisting of:
– An all inclusive trip for two to a 4-Star or better resort (resort is chosen by Sponsor, the “Resort”) in Los Cabos, Mexico. Grand Prize includes
(i) return, economy air transportation for two (2) to Los Cabos, Mexico departing from the major international airport located closest to Winner’s
home and (ii) a single room (double occupancy) and amenities offered at the Resort, including local airport transfer, food and beverages
(excluding premium brand drinks), and land and water sport activities at the Resort. Amenities are subject to change and are to be determined by
Sponsor in its sole discretion. Prize will be fulfilled in the form of a certificate redeemable by filling in requested information and mailing back to
the address indicated. Winner will be contacted to arrange trip details. The Grand Prize, including choice of suite and particular Resort, is subject to
availability Winner (and their guest) must obey all local laws in regard to lodging restrictions. Restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply.
Winner and their guest (“Guest”) must be available to travel to Mexico from January 1, 2013 through May 31, 2013. February 9 – 23, 2013 and
March 9-17, 2013 are not eligible travel dates. If winner is unable to redeem the package within the time period required, the prize will be forfeited.
The total approximate value of the Grand Prize is $2600.00 CDN.
