Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older.

Promotion Period : Commences at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on November 27, 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on December 24, 2011

Limit : Limit one (1) Online Sweepstakes Entry per person per email address (“Entrant”) per day, for the duration of the Promotion Period.

Prize (s) :

Exactly one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be randomly drawn from among all eligible entries received and awarded a Grand Prize (“Grand Prize”) on January 8, 2012 consisting of the one (1) character-themed trip that the Entrant selected upon registration.

Character-themed Trip Options:

I. Rapunzel’s Tea Party: For Two (2) Adults and Two (2) Children.: 4 Coach Round trip tickets from US Gateway city to London from Air Carrier of Sponsor’s choosing; Transfers to/from hotel, four (4) day 3 Night Hotel accommodations for four (4) at Royal Garden Hotel; tickets for four (4) to attend Rapunzel’s Tea Party at Kensington Palace on May 20, 2012; one (1) additional sightseeing tour; additional money to go towards incidentals and meals ($400 USD).

Total ARV of Trip is $5,360 USD.

II. Silverstone Raceway Trip: The Trip is for two adults and two children (under 12). Winners must travel between July 06-09, 2012 for the British Grand Prix. Ground Package includes: Return flights to London Heathrow (costed separately); Transfers from airport/hotel/airport; Two (2) nights accommodation at Villiers Hotel, Silverstone including breakfast; Two (2) nights at the Royal Garden Hotel, London including breakfast; Four (4) Two Day ticket passes to the British Grand Prix including transfers to and from the Circuit; One (1) Three (3)-course meal for Four (4) at Planet Hollywood, Four (4) Tickets to the London Eye

Total ARV of Trip is $5,360 USD

Exactly twenty-eight (28) First Prizes will be awarded. One (1) First Prize Winner will be randomly selected each day between November 27, 2011 – December 24, 2011 from among all eligible entries received and awarded a First Prize (each, a “First Prize) consisting of: one (1) $50 Kohl’s gift card. (ARV $50 USD).
