Eligibility : This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the contiguous 48 United States who are 21 years of age and older at time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on June 21, 2008 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on July 18, 2008 (the “Sweepstakes Period”.)

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person and per valid email address per day. Limit one (1) referral entry during the Sweepstakes Period.

Prize (s):
There will be Two (2) Grand Prizes. The first Grand Prize Winner drawn will receive a trip for two to the Olivia Fling at Dinah Shore Weekend from April 1 through April 5, 2009. Trip includes: round trip coach air transportation for the winner and a guest to Palm Springs, CA from a single major U.S. gateway airport nearest the winner’s home (as determined by the Sponsor), double occupancy standard hotel accommodations at the Miramonte Resort & Spa for 5 Days/4 Nights, concert tickets and a meet-and-greet to an artist of the Sponsor’s choice, Olivia Entertainment at the Miramonte Resort & Spa, and a VIP gift bag of Sponsor selected merchandise. (“Package 1”) ARV $4,600.

The second Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for two aboard the Olivia Rome, Italy to Barcelona, Spain Cruise from May 16 through May 23, 2009 where you’ll explore and discover the history of Rome, Florence, Portofino, Monte Carlo, the Rock of Gibraltar, and Barcelona. Trip includes: round-trip coach air transportation from a major airport closest to the Grand Prize winner’s home (as determined by the Sponsor) within the 48 U.S. and D.C. to the major airport nearest to the port of embarkation (as determined by the Sponsor); round-trip ground transportation between airport and port of embarkation, double occupancy cruise accommodations in an outside cabin, on-board meals and on-board entertainment. (“Package 2”) ARV $7,000.
