Make Me A Supermodel 2 Fantasy Game

Eligibility : Participants must be permanent, legal residents of, and must physically reside in, one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and of the age of majority in their state of residence as of the date of registration. Void in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and U.S. Military installations in foreign countries and territories, anywhere outside of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and where prohibited by law.

Promotion Period : The Make Me A Supermodel 2 Fantasy Game (the “Competition”) begins when game registration opens on March 4, 2009 and ends on or about 11pm ET on June 30, 2009 or on the day the final episode of the Show (as defined below) is broadcast, whichever comes earlier (the “Competition Period”).

How To Enter :   During the Promotion Period, go to games.bravotv.com/supermodel and follow the on-screen entry instructions.

Limit : LIMIT ONE (1) TEAM REGISTRATION PER REGISTERED PARTICIPANT/EMAIL ADDRESS.

Prize (s):
Twelve (12) Weekly Prizes: Sponsor will award one (1) Weekly Prize to each Weekly Winner. Each Weekly Prize will consist of up to eleven (11) Maybelline New York and Garnier Fructis products. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Weekly Prize is fifty dollars ($50).

Additional Prize: Sponsor will award an additional prize (“Additional Prize”) to the Weekly Winner of Weekly Competition # 4. The Additional Prize will consist of one (1) pair of stiletto heels. ARV of Episode Prize is five hundred dollars ($500).

One (1) Grand Prize: Sponsor will award one (1) Grand Prize to the Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize will consist of a trip for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to New York, NY (the “Trip”) to attend a fashion show (the “Fashion Show”) during “Fashion Week”, tentatively scheduled for September 10 – 17, 2009. The Trip includes 1) round-trip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest from major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to one of the major gateway international airports nearest New York, NY (as determined by Sponsor), 2) three (3) days and two (2) nights hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy), as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and 3) two (2) tickets for the Grand Prize Winner and Guest to attend the Fashion Show during Fashion Week, and 4) Maybelline New York and Garnier Fructis prize package. Sponsor will determine details of Maybelline New York and Garnier Fructis products, including color, style, and type, in its sole discretion. The total ARV is two thousand eight hundred dollars ($2,800).
