Malibu Contest Rules

Eligibility

This Malibu Contest 2022 is open to legal residents of the (48) contiguous United States or D.C. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), who are 21 years or older.

Sweepstakes Period

The Secret Escapes Contest begins on 6/14/2022 and ends on 7/5/2022.

Limit

Maximum of one entry per person and per valid email address during the entire Registration Period.

Prizes

Each winner shall be awarded a Secret Escape trip for three (3) people (winner and two (2) guests, each age 21 or older), to a destination as solely determined and designated by Sponsor and fulfilled by Sponsor’s appointed Travel Coordinator. Each grand prize trip shall include:

• Round trip coach class airfare for three (winner and two guests each age 21 or older) from the nearest major airport to the winner’s home as designated by Sponsor to the Sponsor designated airport servicing the destination metro area. Actual departure date, times, airline and airports based upon availability and shall be solely determined by Sponsor.
  • NOTE: If winner resides within 250-miles of destination, Sponsor reserves the right to award a $500.00 travel stipend in lieu of air transportation.
• Two (2)-nights standard hotel accommodations, triple occupancy at a standard hotel as solely designated by Sponsor in destination metro area (based upon availability); check-in and check-out dates as solely specified by Sponsor;

• Minimum of one (1) pre-planned activity for three (3) as solely determined and designated by Travel Coordinator, based upon availability;
• Minimum of one (1) brunch or dinner as solely determined by Travel Coordinator, based upon availability.

Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each grand prize award: $3,500. Total ARV of all available awards: $10,500.
