Eligibility : Mars Snackfood Be On The Field Sweepstakes and Instant Win Game open to individual legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico and U.S. territories and possessions), age 18 or older as of 12/26/08

Promotion Period : MARS SNACKFOODS CELEBRATE ON THE FIELD INSTANT WIN GAME BEGINS AT 12:00:00 AM (ET) ON 12/26/08 & ENDS AT 11:59:59 PM (ET) ON 2/1/09 (THE “GAME PERIOD”).

Limit : Five (5) plays per person and per email address per day

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize: A 5-day/4-night trip for four (4) people to Miami, Florida, including round-trip, coach-class air transportation from major commercial airport near winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor) to Miami, Florida; four (4) nights’ accommodations (two (2) rooms; double occupancy) at a hotel determined by Sponsor; four (4) tickets to Super Bowl XLIV scheduled to be held on 2/7/10 in Miami, Florida (seating selected by Sponsor); four (4) tickets to the EA Sports™ Super Bowl XLIV Party (the “Game Party”); ground transportation to/from airport/hotel, hotel/Game and hotel/Game Party; and $2,000 spending money (awarded as a check made payable to winner). (2) Second Prizes:  A 2-night/3-day trip for winner and one (1) guest to the first game of the 2009-2010 NFL season (the “Kickoff Game”) to be held in the home stadium of the NFL team that wins Super Bowl XLIII (the “Kickoff Game Stadium”), including round-trip, coach air transportation for two (2) people from a major commercial airport near winner’s home to a major commercial airport near the Kickoff Game Stadium (both as determined by Sponsor); two (2) nights’ accommodations (one (1) room; double occupancy) at a hotel determined by Sponsor; ground transportation to/from airport/hotel and to/from hotel/Kickoff Game Stadium; and $500 in cash to be awarded as a check made payable to winner. ARV of Second Prize: $7,000 each.

Five (5) Third Prizes: A $1,000 prepaid Visa® Gift Card.

Ten (10) Fourth Prizes: A $500 prepaid Visa® Gift Card.

One Hundred (100) Fifth Prizes: The Fifth Prizes will be randomly predetermined by D.L. Blair, Inc. between the following prizes: fifty (50) $100 prepaid Visa® Gift Cards and Fifty (50) $100 prepaid NFLShop.com Gift Cards.
