Maxell X Games 15 Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Maxell X Games 15 Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia that are 18 years of age or older. This Promotion is void where prohibited.

Promotion Period : The Maxell X Games 15 Sweepstakes starts 07/01/08.  All Internet entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on September 09/30/08.

Limit : There is a limit of one entry per person and/or e-mail address and/or household per day (12:00 AM ET to the following 11:59 PM ET) regardless of the method of entry.

Prize (s) :
One Grand Prize, One winner will be awarded a trip for the winner and one guest to the Summer X Games 15 in August 2009. Grand Prize package consists of First Class round-trip air travel from major airport nearest to winner’s U.S. residence (the particular airport at Sponsor’s discretion), 4 nights’ stay at a premier 5 star Beverly Hills hotel , Private Limo at winner’s disposal for four days, and access to X Games events and activities. Particular events and activities are subject to Sponsor’s discretion. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Prize Package is $5,000.00. The Grand Prize Winner may elect to receive, in lieu of a Grand Prize, cash in the amount (and ARV) of $5000.00 (“The Grand Prize Cash Alternative”).

Fifteen (15) First Place Prizes, Fifteen winners will be drawn to receive a Custom Designed Maxell Blow Away Guy Skateboard Deck. ARV of skateboard is $300.
