Eligibility : The Maybelline New York The Broadroom Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia residing in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico and all other territories) and who are 18 years of age or older at the time of Promotion registration.

Promotion Period : Maybelline New York The Broadroom Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) begins at 9:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on Tuesday, November 10, 2009 and ends at 5:00:00 PM ET on Thursday, December 31, 2009 (“Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : To enter the Sweepstakes online, visit go.rtm.com/thebroadroom and complete the entry form

Limit : One (1) entry per person/email address for the length of the promotion

Prize (s):

(1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize: Winner and one (1) guest will receive a trip to New York, NY. Trip will include round–trip, coach-class air transportation from the major U.S. gateway airport closest to the Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), hotel accommodations (one (1) standard room, double-occupancy) for two (2) nights, ground transportation to and from the airport and hotel and a $1,500.00 shopping spree, awarded in the form of a check made payable to the winner. Winner will also receive a Color Sensational Lipcolor Wardrobe. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of Grand Prize: $5,029.96.

(10) Sweepstakes First Place Prizes: Each winner will receive one (1) Color Sensational Lipcolor Wardrobe.  ARV of each First Place Prize: $29.96 per prize
