There are two (2) ways to enter:

• Using an SMS-enabled mobile device, text “TAILGR8” to the short code 49375. Then, follow the instructions to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
• You may also enter online at MLGuyFootball.com if you don’t want to send a text message. Confirm your date of birth to enter the website, enter your email address to continue then complete and submit the official registration form to receive (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Entry Limit

A maximum of one (1) entry per person per day will be accepted during the Entry Period, regardless of the method of entry.

Entry Period

This sweepstakes started at 12:00 PM Central Time on September 22, 2014 and it will end at 11:59:59 PM CT on October 11, 2014.

Eligibility

Offered only to legal U.S. residents of the eligible states (see below) who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry.

Grand Prize (1)

The grand prize winner shall win a 4-day/3-night trip package for two (2) people to Las Vegas, Nevada. The Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize is $5,000.

The Prize includes :

• round trip coach class airfare for two (2) people between the major commercial airport closest to winner’s residence and Las Vegas, Nevada;

First Prizes (25)

Each first prize winner shall receive a $500 pre-paid card. The ARV of each First Prize is $500.
