Eligibility : Mission Foods Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are of legal age, or 18 or older, in the jurisdiction in which they reside as of 12/20/10

Promotion Period : Between 12:00:00 am ET on 12/20/10 and 11:59:59 pm ET on 1/22/11

Prize (s) :

One (1) Grand Prize: A three (3) day/two (2) night trip for two (2) (winner and one (1) Guest) to North Texas to attend the Ultimate Game Showdown scheduled to take place on February 2011. Trip consists of round trip coach class air transportation for two (2) from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence to North Texas, standard hotel accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy) for two (2) nights, and two (2) tickets to the game. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $8,000.

Three (3) First Prizes: One Sony Bravia 40” Class LCD 1080p 60Hz HDTV each. ARV of each First Prize: $598.

Ten (10) Second Prizes: One $100 gift card to ESPNShop.com each. ARV of each Second Prize: $100.
