Eligibility : Open only to persons who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of June 28, 2010, and who are permanent, legal U.S. residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are physically located and residing therein. Residents of Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and all other U.S. territories and possessions are not eligible to enter or win this Sweepstakes.

Promotion Period : The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 A.M. ET on June 28, 2010 and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. ET on September 6, 2010 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit : Limit one (1) Online Entry per person/email address per day during the duration of the Sweepstakes Period.

Prize (s):

Weekly Prizes: There will be a total of sixteen (16) weekly prizes (each a “Weekly Prize”) awarded in the Sweepstakes; two (2) Weekly Prizes will be awarded for each Weekly Entry Period (as described above).  Each Weekly Prize consists of one (1) fifty dollar ($50) Hard Rock Café gift card. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Weekly Prize is fifty dollars ($50). The total ARV of all Weekly Prizes is one thousand dollars ($1,000).

Grand Prize: There will be one (1) grand prize (“Grand Prize” and together with Weekly Prize, “Prizes”) awarded, consisting of the following: A trip to be shared by grand prize winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to Los Angeles, CA (“Trip”).  Trip includes coach-class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest from a major U.S. gateway commercial airport near Grand Prize Winner’s residence, as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion, to a Los Angeles, CA area airport, as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion (“Los Angeles Airport”); standard hotel accommodations in or near Los Angeles, CA (single room/double occupancy) for two (2) nights (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion); two (2) one hundred fifty dollar ($150) Hard Rock Café All Access Cards, two (2) VIP passes for Grand Prize Winner and Guest to attend the Hard Rock Cafe Hollywood on Hollywood Boulevard Grand Opening Event (“Event”) (actual date and time of Event to be determined by Sweepstakes Entities in their sole discretion); round trip ground transportation to and from Event and Hotel; and round trip ground transportation to and from Los Angeles Airport and Hotel. The ARV of the Grand Prize is two thousand dollars ($2,000).

Winners : For the names of the winners, available after September 24, 2010 or for an additional copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to be received by November 24, 2010 to: The Mission Menus Challenge Hard Rock Cafe Sweepstakes “RULES” or “WINNERS LIST” (specify which), P.O. Box 10877, Burbank, CA 91510.  Vermont residents may omit return postage for “RULES” requests.
