One (1) Grand Prize: Winner will receive a trip of five (5) days and four (4) nights for winner and one (1) guest to X Games 17 in Los Angeles, Calif., scheduled to take place from July 28 to July 31, 2011. Trip includes round-trip coach air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to Los Angeles, Calif., for winner and one (1) guest; five (5) days and four (4) nights (July 27 through July 31, 2011) hotel accommodations (one [1] standard room, double occupancy; room rate and room tax only); $1,000 spending money; and two (2) daily tickets to select events on July 28 through July 31, 2011. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $5,000.
