Monster Energy Kyle Busch’s Ultimate Race Weekend Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of, and physically located within, the (50) United States and/or the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or the age of majority in Entrant’s state of residence, whichever is greater, or older at the time of entry. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

Promotion Period : This Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM, May 1, 2014, US Pacific Time and ends August 31, 2014 at 11:59 PM, US Pacific Time (the “Entry Period”).

Limit : There is a limit of one (1) entry, per eligible person during the Entry Period.

Prize (s) :

One hundred and five (105) prizes are available to be won.

Grand Prize: Five(5) Grand Prizes are available to be won. Each “Grand Prize” is one (1) “Kyle Busch Ultimate Race Weekend Package” consisting of the following: (a) round-trip, economy class airfare tickets for each Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest from a major airport near the Winner`s residence in the United States (as selected by Monster in its sole discretion) to an airport near Miami, Florida; (b) ground transportation for each Grand Prize Winner and their one (1) guest between the airport and the Homestead-Miami Speedway; (c) three (3) nights luxury accommodations for each Grand Prize Winner and their one (1) guest in a private coach bus; (d) one (1) ‘meet & greet’ with Kyle Busch for each Grand Prize Winner and their one (1) guest, subject to Kyle Busch’s availability. If Kyle Busch is not available, another NASCAR Nationwide Series driver will appear in his place; (e) one (1) “VIP pit-box experience” for the November 15, 2014 Ford Ecoboost 300 Nationwide race at Homestead-Miami Speedway for each Grand Prize Winner and their one (1) guest; and (f) Five Hundred Dollars ($500) in spending money. All Grand Prize details not specified in these Official Rules will be determined in Monster’s sole discretion. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is: $12,000.

First Prize: One hundred (100) First Prizes are available to be won. Each “First Prize” is one (1) Kyle Busch pop-up tent The ARV of each First Prize is $500.
