Sweepstakes Grand Prize (1): A total of one(1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize (“Grand Prize”) is available to be won in this Promotion. The Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) and his or her guest (“Guest”), subject to the restrictions set forth below, will receive a four (4) day/three (3) night trip to Miami, Florida leaving on February 22, 2012 and returning on February 26, 2012 (the “Grand Prize Trip”) to attend the 2012 South Beach Wine and Food Festival® (the “Festival”). Note that the Festival is not a sponsor, prize sponsor and is not in anyway associated with this Promotion in any manner. The Grand Prize Trip will include: roundtrip coach-class air transportation for the Grand Prize Winner and the Guest from the gateway airport (selected by the Sponsor in its sole discretion) closest to Grand Prize Winner’s home to an airport in Miami, Florida; four (4) days/three (3) nights hotel accommodations (single room, double occupancy) in a hotel to be determined in the Sponsor’s sole discretion; $500 in cash for the Grand Prize Winner and Guest’s Grand Prize expenses during the Grand Prize Trip; and two(2) tickets to attend at least one (1) cooking show during the Festival.
