MTV Networks Ultimate Entertainment Experience Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The MTV Networks Ultimate Entertainment Experience Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and District of Columbia. Entrants must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older at time of entry.

Promotion Period : The MTV Networks Ultimate Entertainment Experience Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) commences at 3:00:01 PM (EST) on April 22, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (EST) on June 30, 2009 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

How To Enter : Visit www.UltimateExperienceSweepstakes.com, a website owned and controlled by MTVN (the “Website”), at any time during the Sweepstakes Period. Complete all the required fields on the online entry form and submit the form.

Limit : Only one (1) entry per day per entrant permitted regardless of entry method.

Prize (s):

The Grand Prize is a trip for the one (1) Grand Prize Winner and his/her one (1) eligible guest (the “Guest”) to travel to a city (the “Location”) to attend an MTVN event that must occur between September 1, 2009 and August 31, 2010 (the “Event”). Grand Prize Winner will be able to select one (1) Event from the following list :

–          2010 MTV Spring Break Weekend getaway (Tentatively scheduled to take place in a city to be determined by MTVN in early 2010 but subject to change in MTVN’s sole discretion.)
–          Concert event of the Grand Prize Winner choice (MTVN will provide the Grand Prize Winner with a list of eligible concert events taking place between September 1, 2009 and August 31, 2010 in the top 50 Designated Market Areas as defined by Nielson Media Research for him/her to select the city nearest to their residence.)

–          2009 VH1 Hip Hop Honors (Tentatively scheduled to take place in a city to be determined by MTVN in September 2009 or October 2009 but subject to change in MTVN’s sole discretion.)
–          One (1) taping of the VH1 Storytellers Show (Tentatively scheduled to take place in a city to be determined by MTVN between September 1, 2009 and August 31, 2010 but subject to change in MTVN’s sole discretion)

–          Comedy Central Roast (Tentatively scheduled to take place in a city to be determined by MTVN between September 1, 2009 and August 31, 2010 but subject to change in MTVN’s sole discretion. Roastee to be determined in MTVN’s sole discretion.)

–          2009 Video Game Awards (Tentatively scheduled to take place in Los Angeles, California in late December 2009 but subject to change in MTVN’s sole discretion.)
–          2010 Guys Choice Awards (Tentatively scheduled to take place in Los Angeles, California in May 2010 but subject to change in MTVN’s sole discretion.)
–          UFC Fight Night Live (MTVN will provide the Grand Prize Winner with a list of eligible fight night live events taking place between September 1, 2009 and August 31, 2010 in the top 50 Designated Market Areas as defined by Nielson Media Research for him/her to select the city nearest to their residence.)

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $4,999.00.
