MTV’s The Stepfather Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The MTV’s The Stepfather Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. VOID IN ALASKA AND HAWAII. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age or older at time of entry.

Promotion Period : MTV’s The Stepfather Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) commences at 5:00:01 PM (ET) on September 23, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on October 16, 2009 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

How To Enter : Log on to stepfathersweeps.mtv.com, a web site owned and controlled by MTVN (the “Web Site”), at any time during the Sweepstakes Period and follow the online instructions to complete all required fields on the online entry form.

Limit : You may enter an unlimited number of times.

Prize (s):

The Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) Guest to Los Angeles, CA to receive a makeover, shopping spree, and an intimate viewing party of a new “The Hills” episode at a luxury hotel suite (the “Event”) currently scheduled to take place on a date to be determined by MTVN and such date is subject to change in MTVN’s sole discretion. The trip will include: (i) roundtrip coach class air transportation for the Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall originate from an airport of MTVN’s choice nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by MTVN) to Los Angeles, California (MTVN reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if the Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of Los Angeles, California); (ii) choice of either (y) round trip ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest (to be taken together) between airport and hotel in Los Angeles, California or (z) car rental for three (3) days in Los Angeles, CA (Grand Prize Winner must be twenty-five (25) years of age or older for car rental option); (iii) two (2) nights luxury hotel accommodations in Los Angeles, California for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall be a suite based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls and other incidentals and costs are not included); (iv) a $2,000.00 shopping spree in Los Angeles, CA for only the Grand Prize Winner; and (v) a makeover for the Grand Prize Winner and Guest (collectively the “Grand Prize”). The approximate retail value (the “ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $4,999.00.
